Der Zutritt zum Waldhotel Spa ist ab 16 Jahren gestattet. Während den Öffnungszeiten sind Ihre Kinder zwischen 3 und 12 Jahren, im Kids Club Mutzliburg beim Bürgenstock Alpine Spa herzlich willkommen. Um die Verfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten ist eine vorangehende Reservation nötig. Bitte beachten Sie unseren Kinder-Guide.

Stornierung
Bitte beachten Sie, dass eine Stornierung bis zu 24 Stunden im Voraus kostenlos ist. Bei Nichterscheinen oder einer Stornierung ausserhalb des Zeitfensters von 24 Stunden wird der volle Preis der Behandlung verrechnet.

Kids Club Mutzliburg
Access to the Waldhotel Spa is permitted to guests aged 16 years and above. Your children between 3 and 12 years of age, are very welcome in the Kids Club Mutzliburg at the Bürgenstock Alpine Spa during opening hours. Prior reservation is required to guarantee availability. Please check our children guide.

We recommend to book your treatments 24 hours in advance.

Please note that the cancellation up to 24 hours in advance is free of charge. In the event of no-show or late cancellation the full price of the treatment will be charged.
