1. WELLBEING 1.1.
Use of Fitness / Spa / Leisure Facilities
Employees have free access to the fitness room in the Titlis staff house. The fitness room in the Alpine Spa and Waldhotel, as well as the spa areas, are reserved for guests. In the staff house in Titlis we have different leisure facilities for the employees, such as a soccer table, table tennis, billiards, and a TV with a Nintendo Switch. Employees can book the tennis courts and the golf course with the corresponding discounts. Guest reservations always have priority.

1.2.
Discount on Spa, Leisure Activities and Shop Articles
The offers can only be used as long as a contract with the Bürgenstock Resort exists. The employee badge must be shown when using the leisure facilities. The clothing and etiquette must always be followed. Care must be taken to ensure that the systems are always clean. Reservations can be made with the approval of the corresponding heads of department and are subject to availability. The guest always has priority, so there may be short-term shifts. The costs are to be paid directly by the employee; there are no account bills. Cancellations must be made up to 24 hours in advance. In case of a no-show, the full fee will be charged.

Stanserhorn CabriO-Bahn
The Stanserhorn is in the immediate vicinity of the Bürgenstock Resort: by bus to Stansstad and then by train or individual transport directly to Stans. From the valley station, take the nostalgic wooden funicular to the Kält middle station. With the only CabriO cable car in the world, you can enter a new rail age and reach the 1900 meter high Stanserhorn. There is a breathtaking panorama of 100 km of alpine chains and 10 Swiss lakes to admire, or you can indulge yourself in the revolving restaurant with culinary delights. During the day the restaurant is operated as a self-service restaurant. You are served on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Further information can be found at www.stanserhorn.ch. Pilatus Railway
The Pilatus is located above Lucerne (Kriens) and can be easily reached by cogwheel railway or cable car. Whether hiking, dining with a view, or simply enjoying nature, Pilatus offers a great option for a day trip in Central Switzerland. The Bürgenstock Resort offers employees the opportunity to borrow tickets for Swiss Holiday Park in Morschach. Two annual passes for children and two annual passes for adults are available for the water park. Two adult passes are available to borrow for the Roman-Irish thermal baths. The Swiss Holiday Park is ideal for relaxing or spending a fun-filled day with the children at the water park. 2.7.«small Foot» Day Nursery small Foot» grants a reduction of CHF 500.- for the first monthly flat rate registration fee and acclimatisation, as well as 10% on the childcare costs for the monthly flat rates. They guarantee childcare places at all locations and offer flexible childcare and options for additional days. In addition, the BHR subsidizes daycare costs with 10-55% of the costs per employee based on the annual income per household.

Room availability is published online 90 days in advance. A maximum of 2 rooms per booking per employee can be reserved for up to 2 nights each. In a calendar year, a maximum of 8 room nights per employee (including rooms for family members) can be booked. Guest bookings always take priority. FAMILY MEMBERS - FAMILY RATE The family members of our employees also benefit from the discounted overnight rate of CHF 150.00 at the Bürgenstock Selection Hotels Schweizerhof Bern, Royal Savoy Lausanne, and the Bürgenstock Resort. 3.2.
Restaurants
Employees of the Bürgenstock Resort benefit from a 30% discount on consumption for up to 4 people (employee plus 3 guests) at the resort’s own F&B outlets, as well as at the outlets of Schweizerhof Bern and Hotel Royal Savoy in Lausanne. Restaurant visits at Bürgenstock must be reserved in advance and approved. This is done via Beekeeper under “BHR F&B Staff Booking”. For a reservation at the Collection’s F&B outlets, bookings must be made by phone or email. Appropriate attire and adherence to etiquette are, of course, expected.
3.3.
REKA-Checks
Bürgenstock Hotels AG and Bürgenstock Bahn AG offer their employees the option to purchase REKA checks. The annual entitlement is CHF 800 for full-time employees and CHF 400 for part-time employees (up to 50% workload) and can be used at 9,000 different acceptance points. Bürgenstock Hotels AG and Bürgenstock Bahn AG contribute 20% towards the cost. The documents are sent automatically by mail. Further information at www.reka.ch, or contact HR.

Pinotti Cashmere
Employees of the Bürgenstock Resort can enjoy a 20% discount on shop items at the Pinotti Cashmere Boutique in the Bürgenstock Resort. The boutique offers high-quality clothing and accessories made from the finest cashmere, from soft sweaters to elegant scarves in premium quality.

3.6.
Use of Public Transport / Train and Shuttle / Passepartout
Public transport must be used for the journey to work. In cooperation with the SGV, it was agreed that the employees could also use ship and train (for commuting as well as leisure time) by means of a passepartout (at least 2 zones (Lucerne is counted as 2 zones, e.g. Zone 10 Lucerne = 2 zones and Zone 21 Obbürgen = 1 zone, thus 3 zones per month or annual subscription)) upon presentation of the employee badge. Bürgenstock Hotels AG compensates SGV and Passepartout for a larger annual sum to make this special arrangement possible. Bürgenstock Hotels AG will pay a part of the passepartout for all employees arriving with public transportation to work. 50% up to a maximum of CHF 75.- of the monthly subscription will be paid through the monthly salary. The calculation will be done starting at your place of domicile with the relating zones. The Bürgenstock Bahn and the Hammetschwand Lift can be used free of charge with the employee card. Guests always have priority. The passepartout can be paid with REKA checks.

Museum of Transport
The Museum of Transport in Lucerne is the largest museum in Switzerland. Bürgenstock Resort employees have the opportunity to visit the museum free of charge. Day tickets can be booked online and printed from home. When booking, enter the number of adults and children aged 6 and above, as well as children under 6. Then add your personal information and booking details. Click on “Proceed to Payment” and afterwards on “Download Ticket” to print your ticket.

TUZ- Ambassador Pass
The employees of the hotel industry and tourism organisations make a valuable contribution to the successful tourism destination of Lucerne-Lake Lucerne. They are the face of our region and provide excellent services for our guests. Only those who know an offer personally can provide their guests with competent advice and first-hand information. Discover the tourist destinations in the Lucerne-Lake Lucerne Region! Scope of application The TUZ Ambassador Pass is recognised by TUZ member companies as a travel pass. It entitles the holder to unlimited travel on the entire route network on the days of his or her choice. Valid from April 1st to October 31st. Ship (SGV) 3.10.1.
Lake Lucerne Pass
For all employees of the Bürgenstock Resort, two Lake Lucerne passes of the SGV are available. These include free ferry travel on all scheduled course ships, including a 1-hour round trip with MS Saphir. Tickets can be reserved in advance at the Titlis staff house at the reception or by email to hr@burgenstockresort.com. CHF 50.- must be deposited as a security for the tickets, which will be reimbursed when the SGV tickets are returned. 3.10.2.
Single tickets
In addition, a great deal for occasional boat trips was negotiated with the SGV. The shipping costs for employees (show badge) only CHF 6.- (one way) or CHF 12.- (return trip). A prerequisite for the purchase of the tickets is the employee badge or a confirmation of use. The tickets can be obtained at the mountain station or on the shuttle ship.

All employees of Swiss Deluxe Hotels have the opportunity to book at other SDH properties at a discounted rate. All offers can be viewed on the following website. Bookings are preferably made online or by direct request: •
Online bookings: The promo code SDHH must be entered in SynXis, and availability is managed individually by each property. Employees must confirm the booking before check-in using their business email address.

Direct request: Must be made using the business email address and is subject to the availability of the respective property.
Bookings are made directly with the hotels’ reservations departments using the business email. If you do not have a business email, you can request a work confirmation from HR and submit it. Prices: •

5. LIVING ON THE BÜRGENBERG 5.1. Rigi/Pilatus and Titlis Staff Buildings 200 staff rooms are available in the resort (single and double rooms). In both houses, laundry rooms are available to employees. In the staff house Rigi / Pilatus there is a communal kitchen, and in the Titlis staff house employees can use the fitness room, library, billiard room or the TV room free of charge. Cleanliness, compliance with nightly rest periods and careful handling of furniture and facilities are a matter of course. The house rules must be followed. In the event of violations, sanctions up to the termination of the employment contract will be considered. Employees who live in the resort also represent the Bürgenstock Hotels & Resort in their free time, as guests are close to the staff houses. It is important to ensure that leisure activities in the resort are carried out in a healthy manner. You have to take into account the time of night's rest as well as the other residents.

Insurance for Residents
Thanks to a collective agreement with Zurich Insurance and NSV Nidwalden, the employee who lives in the staff house is automatically and extremely cost-effectively insured for household items, personal liability and fire for the room in the staff house. The costs are offset against the rent. This saves the employee over 50% of the costs.

6. WORK AND PLEASURE 6.1.
Parking Spaces
In principle, there are parking spaces available for employees. Therefore, reference is made to public transport. The separate parking lot regulations must be followed. Parking spaces in Obbürgen can be used free of charge. An application must also be submitted here so that the parking card can be created. Employees can use the application form to rent an underground parking space for a monthly fee of CHF 50.-, provided the capacity and necessity are available. A rental contract is concluded.
6.2.
Uniform & Laundry
Each employee receives a uniform that corresponds to his department. This will be cleaned free of charge in the resort. As the bearer of the Bürgenstock Uniform, the values of the Bürgenstock Hotels & Resorts are represented. Employees who do not have uniforms can put their work clothes (up to 10 items per week) into the laundry free of charge. To ensure an even distribution of the workload, we ask all employees to bring their items of clothing in staggered intervals throughout the week. The washed uniforms can be picked up with the employee card from the laundry conveyor. In the staff houses, washing machines are available for residents, which can be used with a chip card.
6.3.
Employees recruit Employees
Recommendations for an open position by an employee of the Bürgenstock Resort will be rewarded as follows:

CHF 1,500.- for permanent positions and fixed-term annual contracts, after 3 months of employment
•
CHF 500.- for fixed-term seasonal positions, after 2 months of employment
•
CHF 100.- for temporary employees, after the first 100 hours worked
The recommendation bonus will be paid to the referring employee after 3 months of employment, provided that both the new employee and the referrer are still employed and no termination has been issued. If the referrer is on a fixed-term contract, the referred employee must have been employed for at least 3 months before the referrer leaves the company. Referrals must be clearly documented in advance using the official form. Referrals submitted retrospectively cannot be considered. Attention: Recommendations given solely as reference checks do not qualify as referrals. Note: Members of EXCOM are excluded from this regulation and are not eligible for referral bonuses.

6.4.
Catering
For meals and drinks in the resort, employees (MA) will receive a flat-rate deduction in accordance with the approval of the tax authorities and the AHV inspection body. The flat rate is calculated as an annual average (holidays and public holidays have already been deducted) and is claimed monthly (12 months), even during free or holiday absences. If the absence lasts more than 3 months (illness or accident), the deduction is waived. Employees who live in the resort enjoy full board. Employees who do not live in the resort are entitled to at least 1 meal plus drinks at the beverage stations (coffee, tea, water, etc.). Eating «on the go» (office, buffet, etc.) and what the guests have to offer is strictly prohibited. Only staff restaurants (Bürgenstock Hotel and staff house Titlis) are available for meals and coffee breaks during the service period. Employees
