ALPINE SPA ETIQUETTE We wish you a pleasant and unforgettable experience in our Bürgenstock Alpine Spa. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the rules at our spa. 1. Safety first. Any use of the facilities is at your own risk. Any injuries or accidents should be reported to the spa team as soon as possible. Please do not run, dive or engage in risky behaviour. Those with heart and/or circulation problems, as well as pregnant women, should consult their doctor beforehand and present a medical certificate. 2. Standing or sitting on the edge of the Infinity Edge pool is not permitted. We do not accept liability for accidents as a result of this behaviour. 3. Y our privacy is important to us. As a matter of principle, recording devices and mobile phones should not be used anywhere in the spa. You may only take photos at the Infinity Edge pool and only during the designated photo times (from 9.00am to 12.00pm and 5.00pm to 7.00pm). Please respect the privacy of other guests at all times. 4. Conversations should be kept discreet and should be refrained from entirely in the relaxation areas. 5. Please do not reserve loungers by leaving your belongings on them. Unused loungers will be regularly cleared by our staff. 6. The consumption of food and drink brought in from outside the Alpine Spa is not permitted throughout the premises. The drinks and snacks provided at the designated stations are available to you free of charge. However, they should not be taken into the pools under any circumstances. 7. Please do not leave any used laundry in the spa. You may dispose of this in the laundry chutes provided. 8. Access to the pool area for children under the age of 16 is only permitted when accompanied by an adult at the times mentioned below. Access to Level 1 with the sauna area and relaxation room is permitted from the age of 16. – Pool Level 2 from 9.00am to 12.00pm and 5.00pm to 7.00pm – Pool and Garden Level 3 from 12.00pm to 7.00pm (during summer only) The use of swimming aids (apart from inflatable armbands) is prohibited. 9. Our sauna areas as well as the steam room are nude zones and are accessible for adults over the age of 16. We have provided special sauna towels for you. Please make sure you use them, particularly for sitting on the wooden benches. For hygiene reasons, guests are not allowed to wear Burqas in the pool. 10. Please keep your valuables locked away in the changing rooms. The Alpine Spa accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables. 11. A fter your visit, please return the key lanyard and spa bag, if you borrowed one, to the Alpine Spa reception. If the lanyard is not returned, guests will lose their CHF 50 deposit.
