Statutory Redundancy Pay 

Employees are entitled to redundancy pay when they have two years’ service.



For each complete year of employment, use the multipliers below.

Length of service is capped at 20 years.

Weekly pay is capped at £571 (i.e. a maximum of 30 weeks’ pay = £17,130).
