How can BTO Consult assist you and your clients?

We advise on all aspects of employment law and human resources issues from recruitment through to disciplinary, equality and TUPE issues, dismissal and settlement agreements. We are currently advising many individuals and employers on redundancy and related issues.

Our team is accustomed to having advice tested if Employment Tribunal claims are raised, and we have a solid track record of our advice being upheld at hearings.

Rates?

We are competitive and our feeing structure can be adapted to best suit the type of instruction, ranging from an hourly rate to a monthly retainer or fixed fee.

Why BTO?  Team includes three Accredited Specialists in Employment Law.  Advise a spectrum of employer clients: public bodies, SMEs, listed companies, insurers and membership organisations.  Advise employee clients working at all levels and pay grades.  Extensive experience advising employees and employers across a range of sectors: education, charity, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, social housing, technology, legal, accountancy and other professional practices.  Settlement agreement advice for employees providing an ‘advice only’ service, usually at the fixed fee offered by the employer, or an ‘advice and negotiation’ service at competitive rates.  Clients may access a specialised and competitive Employment Liability Practices Insurance Policy which is an advantageous way for them to fund the legal costs of employment claims should they arise. We can put clients in contact with our partner insurance broker for a no obligation discussion and quotation.  We understand the need for employment law advice to be delivered quickly. We offer our services by telephone, Microsoft Teams and other video conferencing platforms, as well as face to face.
