Up to 60 minutes meeting at a cost of £250 + VAT
This is an exploratory meeting with one of our team of dedicated road traffic lawyers who will provide you with knowledge about your rights and obligations and the options available to you. This meeting can take place in our office, or via Microsoft Teams, or by telephone.
What do I need to provide in advance of the meeting?
You will be sent a link to complete our client ID verification process online prior to your meeting. You will require to upload a photograph of your passport, or photographic driving licence, and a current bank statement or utility bill showing your current address.
When do I pay?
You will be asked to pay the fixed fee upfront before the consultation takes place, by way of debit or credit card, or by direct Bank Transfer (further details shall be provided).
What if my meeting overruns?
For meetings lasting more than 60 minutes time will be charged at £62.50 + VAT per 15 minutes, or part thereof, and you shall be invoiced separately for this.
Will you consider papers/information in advance of the meeting?
Yes. This will be charged at the same rate as if the meeting itself overruns and you will also be required to pay for this upfront (see above)
What if I require additional assistance following the initial meeting?
We will be happy to assist you, and this will be discussed fully with you at your meeting.
