Students gathered all together for the first time in over a year to celebrate school-wide Mass outside at BSM’s stadium.

Olivia Olson ‘24 took home a gold medal playing for Team USA at the FIBA U16 Americas Women’s Championship in Mexico at the end of August.

Left: Girls’ Soccer

The BSM girls’ soccer team went undefeated in their regular season and was named Metro West Conference Champions. After winning Section 5AA, the team qualified for the MSHSL State Tournament.

Above: National Merit Scholars

Red Knight Ryan Long ‘22 was named a Semifinalist in the highly competitive National Merit Scholarship Program by scoring in the top 1% of all high school seniors who took the PSAT nationwide. Nicole Doering ‘22, Max Herro ’22, and Elena Latterell ‘22 received Commended Scholar recognition for scoring in the top 3%.

Beans McMonagle ‘22 and Emily Zagaros ‘22 were named Homecoming King and Queen Monday, Sept. 27. Other seniors on the court included Kaia Ballinger ‘22, Max Benning ‘22, Mitch Dokman ‘22, Sydney Drees ‘22, Caroline Germain ‘22, Richard Norman ‘22, Jeff Raymond ‘22, Avery Richardson ‘22, Ryan Sever ‘22, Brady Wine ‘22, Tilly Wolfe ‘22, and Mary Zavoral ‘22. Red Knights voted as class attendants included Tori Hopkins ‘25 and Charles Sever ‘25; Olivia Olson ‘24 and Xavier Lumpkin ‘24; and Jillian Petty ‘23 and Steven Tangney ‘23

Over the summer, BSM’s stadium got an upgrade with a new turf field. Red Knights have been putting it to good use!

The BSM girls’ tennis team finished the season strong with a 17-4 record and was named Metro West Conference Champions. Red Knights Emme Johnson ‘22 and Annika Olson ‘25 qualified for the MSHSL State Tournament as a doubles team.

Above: French Award

Red Knights Lillian Hertel ‘23 and Parker Thiede ‘23 won a prize drawing after completing the French National Contest last spring. Their $500 certificates awarded by the American Associations of Teachers of French are to be spent on a French education program or travel experience to further their learning.
