1971
Class of 1971 Reunites - A class reunion was held Oct. 1-3. Classmates enjoyed weekend festivities including golf at Meadowbrook, happy hour at Park Tavern, and a 50th class reunion at the Doubletree Park Place in St. Louis Park. 1965

Dan Delmore was recently honored with a 2021 Leading with Faith award. Since 2002, the Catholic Spirit has chosen to honor men and women who practice their faith in the marketplace with an awards program called Leading with Faith. Dan was one of seven honored with a Mass celebrated by Archbishop Bernard Hebda followed by a program and ice cream social outside on the Cathedral grounds. Dan is the funeral director and owner of Gearty-Delmore Funeral Chapels.

1980

2000
Mike Mahler and writing partner Alan Schmuckler wrote a song for the opening of the LEGO Flagship Store on Fifth Avenue in NYC. They turned it into an epic commercial starring Renee Elise Goldsberry (Angelica from Hamilton) among others. The commercial shares the story of a young girl who joins a cast of real-life Broadway stage actors, front line workers, and a collection of fan-favorite LEGO minifigures on a full-day adventure of building, creativity, and reveling in the spirit of New York City. You can see the commercial on Youtube entitled LEGO Store: The Musical.
2002
Dannah Shinder has joined Berlanti Productions as executive vice president, television. Dannah was the former senior vice president at Brownstone Productions where she developed projects including Over My Dead Body at HBO Max, Red Queen, and The Six at Peacock, and Bedrock at Fox, among others. Prior to Brownstone, Shinder oversaw the development and sale of several broadcast and cable projects as vice president of Television at The Jackal Group and served as manager of creative affairs at Sony Pictures Television.

2003
HJ Shea completed his Doctorate in Theology at Oxford University, UK. He is currently an assistant professor at Boston College.
2005
Claire Shea finished her doctorate in education at the University of St. Thomas. She is currently serving as the deputy superintendent at American Creativity Academy in Kuwait leading a school of 6,000 students.
2006
Anna Hickey Fotis and husband Mike welcomed baby William Prine. Will was born on Sept. 21.

2007
Jessie Shannon and Vlad Popescu were married on Aug. 21 in Rochester. It was their second wedding together due to the constraints of COVID for their 2020 nuptials.
2008
Adam Chorley and Megan Sarahan were married on Sept. 10. They are pictured with their dog Ferguson. The Chorleys live in New Hope. Brashad Johnson and Melissa Mitchell were married in 2018 in Miami, Florida. Melissa attended Stetson University and Brashad played baseball at Bethune Cookman University. The happy couple is expecting their first child in the spring of 2022.


2010

Molly Monson and Ian Murphy were married Aug. 20 at Camp Foley. Molly teaches first grade and coaches volleyball at St. Therese School in Deephaven. This upcoming hockey season will be her sixth season on the BSM girls’ hockey coaching staff. Ian is the boys’ varsity lacrosse coach and the JV boys’ hockey coach at Armstrong High School. 2011
Vince Beacom and Kate Struthers were married July 25 at St. Victoria Church. The two Twin Cities natives met at Marquette University. Vince is a patent agent at a law firm and Kate is a senior account executive for a marketing agency. The Beacoms live and work in Washington, DC.
Natalie Perrine and Andy Wagener were married on June 26 at Our Lady of Grace in Edina followed by a gathering of family and friends at Interlachen Country Club.


Jack Tift married Ali Roth on June 19 in Terre Haute, Indiana. Jack is currently a lean innovation superintendent at Mortenson Company and Ali is a pediatric registered nurse. Jack and Ali live in Bloomington, Minnesota.

2012
Glynnis Forsberg and Edward Devine finally got married on Loving Day, June 12, 2021, after postponing their wedding in July 2020. They were married at Windows on Minnesota in Minneapolis, surrounded by family and close friends. Edward is one of the proud co-owners of a local brick and mortar restaurant and food truck called It’s 7am Somewhere. The Devine-Forsbergs live in Golden Valley.

2013
Grant Besse was recently inducted into the CCX Sports Hall of Fame for his outstanding career as a high school and college hockey player. Grant continued his education and hockey career at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is currently playing for the Tӧlzer Lӧwen hockey team in Bavaria.




2014
Carter Burn graduated from the United States Naval Academy and left Annapolis for the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated in one year with a master’s degree in computer science. He then moved to Augusta, Georgia, to complete Cyber Security training. Carter is now stationed at the Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command center located in Fort Meade, Maryland. Nick Austin played four years in the ECAC with Colgate University, playing 110 games for the Raiders. Austin scored a combined nine goals and 37 assists for 46 points and was named a four-time ECAC Hockey All American Team honoree. He was also named to the 2017-18 ECAC Hockey Rookie Team. Nick will continue his education and hockey career by playing for UMass Lowell.

2018

2019
Kennedy Harris passed the Red Knight baton to her sister Kasey ‘27. Kennedy is a student at Hampton University in Hamptom, VA. It’s impressive that Kennedy still has her shirt that she received as a new BSM student.
2020
Louie Hyde got the Tommies off to a great start in D1 football. He kicked a 39-yard field goal in the closing minute to secure a win over Michigan Tech.
2021
Carson Limesand
was named Divisional Star of the Week by The North American Hockey League for the week ending Sept. 12, 2021. The Northeast Generals rookie netminder made 43 saves in his NAHL debut in a 3-1 win and completed the mid-week road sweep of the Danbury Jr. Hat Tricks., stopping 95 of 98 shots in a pair of wins.
