Volunteering as a Table Host is a great way to get involved, build connections, and increase your visibility within the Chamber community. Here’s what you’ll do:
• Arrive by 11:30 AM • Check in with Trish upon arrival
• Select a table to host
• Welcome new members or guests that Trish may bring to your table
• Collect business cards or jot down names and businesses
• Introduce guests and yourself when the microphone comes your way
It’s a simple yet effective way to help others network and put faces to names in our business community!

2024 National Blue Ribbon Schools
Congratulations to Voy Spears Jr. Elementary and William Yates Elementary for being named 2024 National Blue Ribbon Schools by the U.S. Department of Education!
Both schools are now two-time winners, with WYE earning the honor in 2016 and VSE in 2017. Only eight schools in Missouri are eligible annually, and BSSD celebrates 10 National Blue Ribbon Schools in the last nine years.

“Being a chamber member has been beneficial in numerous ways. It has provided a valuable network of people, offered timely information about local and state law changes impacting businesses, and organized enjoyable and meaningful events. This access to information has empowered me to make more informed decisions.”

Twila Gregg, America’s Community Bank
America’s Community Bank (ACB) was chartered in 1888. In 1997 the Bank moved to its present location in downtown Blue Springs on Main Street.
In January 2018, Twila V. Gregg became America’s Community Bank’s President/CEO, at the same time Jeffrey Smith was elected Executive Vice President. Twila and Jeff both have served Eastern Jackson County for several years, along with several of ACB’s other colleagues.
Jeff along with Asst Vice President, Joann Lathrom, and staff make all types of loans. Jeff can assist with
reviewing your various options for a new loan or refinancing, whether a business or mortgage loan.
The best way to serve Blue Springs and Eastern Jackson County’s businesses and residents is to run a good Community Bank - by being available, listening to the needs of its customers and making loans in the area. One word to describe America’s Community Bank is fair. Fair to customers, fair to colleagues and fair to the communities it serves. It is just the right thing to do.
America’s Community Bank’s team is proud to be a member of the
