Anniversary ChamBREW The Chamber is celebrating it’s 60th Anniversary with a limited edition brew by East Forty Brewing. The Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce began in 1962 making this year our 60th anniversary! In honor of this special occasion, East Forty Brewing has created a limited edition beer called “Summer of 60”. With notes of orange peel and cardimom, this light and refreshing brew is reminscent of Blue Moon. “Summer of 60” will be available on draft only while supplies last. Join us for a first sip at the July After Hours Networking event at East Forty Brewing on Thursday, July 14 from 4:30 to 6:00 pm. Cheers to 60 years!

LEADERSHIP APPLICATIONS Applications are now being accepted for the 2022 - 2023 LEADership Class. The deadline to apply is July 22, 2022. LEADership Blue Springs (LEAD) was established in 1991 by the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce to develop a community leadership pool. From September through May class members participate in educational sessions, tours, and candid conversations with community and area leaders. LEAD topics include education, business, non-profit, city, county, and state government. Anyone may apply or nominate an individual. Nominations are solicited from businesses, professional groups, agencies, and institutions. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a commitment, motivation, and interest to service in Blue Springs and have the full support of the corporation or organization they represent.

Tuition for the 2022 - 2023 LEADership Blue Springs Program is $475 for members and $575 for non-members to participate, which covers costs associated with the program including meals, workshops, materials, team building session and candidate reception.
