MEET A MEMBER Frank Delecaris, Big Time Entertainment Big Time Enertainment is primarily a dueling piano show. I’m the band leader and the drummer in the group. I promote and book the show. The show format is designed to be a request based, interactive and spontaneous, non-stop 3 hour show. All of us sing and we play a wide variety of popular songs from the past 60 years. I recently joined the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce with the mission to book more private parties in the Blue Springs and Eastern Jackson County area and with the help of the Blue Springs Chamber. That goal has already being achieved in just a few months. My piano show offers a viable option to potential clients who are hiring live entertainment for private parties such as wedding receptions, company events, fundraisers, birthday parties and annversaries. I also book public events such as festivals, fairs, and other social functions in addition to booking various restaurant/bar venues in the Kansas City area. I believe I offer a more interactive type of entertainment presentation compared to most cover bands and DJ’s.

I’m from Kansas City but between 1984 and 2005 I traveled extensively nationwide playing in several cover bands that performed in casinos in Las Vegas and casinos in Mississippi, as well as entertaining on Royal Carribbean cruise ships. I moved back to KC in 2005 and played in several local cover bands and was also the house drummer at Ernie Biggs dueling piano bar in Westport for 7 years until it closed in 2018. I started Big Time Entertainment in June of 2018. In my free time I enjoy cruising in my one of a kind Van Halen inspired design, vinyl wrapped 1988 Pontiac Fiero and plan on entering local car shows in 2022.

MEET A BOARD MEMBER Katie Woolf I serve as the Executive Director of the Blue Springs Education Foundation and the Director of Public Relations for BSSD. The mission of the Blue Springs School District is to create an educational community in which each individual acquires knowledge, develops skills, and functions as a literate citizen to achieve personal goals. The mission of the Blue Springs Education Foundation’s is to enhance the excellent programs and instruction synonymous with the Blue Springs School District and provide assistance for student success in the K-12 experience and beyond.

I have been involved in the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce for about 15 years and a board member for one month. Over the course of that time I have found the connections made and information learned to be invaluable. My husband and I have been married for ten years. We have two children and two dogs. I have a young son, so I spend most of my days planning play dates, going on adventures around Kansas City, and playing the Nintendo Switch. I also enjoy cooking and staying active.
