MEET A MEMBER Laura Sipes L&M Consulting, LLC Meet Laura Sipes: Managing Member of L&M Consulting, LLC. Laura Sipes moved to the Blue Springs community in 2017 having spent 20 years in HR management roles with private, public, and nonprofit organizations.

Her background includes a baccalaureate degree in Human Resources from Syracuse University, an MBA and second Masters in Organization from the University of Colorado. Laura is a principal with L&M Consulting, an HR consulting and services firm that focuses on helping small and medium-sized companies develop and manage their Human Resources needs. The firm specializes in all aspects of HR - hiring, compensation and benefits, assessment, and retention. Laura has additional experience in training, safety, workers compensation, disciplinary actions, terminations, federal compliance and auditing, affirmative action, and government contracting and reporting.
