Objective: Leadership Blue Springs is aimed at developing a leadership pool for the present and future of our community. Leadership participants develop skills and knowledge of the community through nine full-day sessions concerning such topics as government education, economic development, law enforcement and quality of life.

genbluesprings Co-Chairs: Ashley Lang, Kansas City Managed IT Travis Hunt, New York Life Insurance Company Objective: genbluesprings is for professionals 40 years and under, whose company is a member of the Chamber. The goals of the group include networking, career building, leadership development for future Blue Springs community leaders and to provide input to the Blue Springs Chamber about the needs of young professionals.
Fall Fun Festival Chairman: Bill Fickle, Side Pockets Co-Chair: Kelly O’Reilly, Looks of Shear Elegance Objective: Plan, promote and execute a successful Fall Fun Festival (September 18, 19, 20, 2020) in downtown Blue Springs. This event is a community celebration and includes entertainment, a beer garden, children’s activities, food, game and vendor booths and a parade.
