Hi Blue Stream,

After seeing some of the new modules released on Blue Stream, we are wanting to amend our staff training profiles and get these added on. Can you let me know how best to do this?

Also, could you confirm what level your Prevent training is please?

Hi there,

Of course! When you log in, head to Management > Staff > Manage Profiles. In this section, you’ll see each of the job roles you’ve set up at your organisation. Click ‘Edit’ on the job role you wish to update, and a box will appear to the right of the screen. In here, you can add or remove the modules you want to assign to this job role and amend the list of users who are attached to the role. Once you’re happy with your changes, select ‘Save’ and your changes will be updated right away.

Our Prevent module covers Basic Prevent Awareness, which is the same target group for Safeguarding Children and Adults Level 1 and Level 2 in line with the Core Skills Training Framework.
