In this unit students will use music technology to create music and sound effects to emphasis the mood and emotion of different scenes from movies and cartoon. They will develop some keyboard skills and use this in their projects.

Reading: The Explorer - Focus on prediction, retrieval and inference using a variety of text types including adverts, instructional texts, and newspaper reports. Focus on the authorial intent and distinguishing the difference between implicit and explicit information in texts.
Spelling, Speaking and Listening: Adding prefixes. Statutory word lists. Possessive apostrophe with plural words. Speaking audibly and fluently with an increasing command of standard English.
