Our Story

Bryan Loveless has been selling real estate full time in the immediate area since 1983. His extensive experience has made him well versed in the sales & marketing of high-end luxury residential homes including a substantial number of Lake Washington waterfront properties. Bryan’s wealth of experience and unrivaled commitment to his clients in the luxury home market has earned him an appointment as a Premier Executive Director of Windermere’s exclusive Premier Properties program; a program created to address the unique needs of our affluent clientele. Bryan prides himself on his reputation as an excellent negotiator and strives to provide his clients with the utmost in top quality professional representation. Bryan and his wife, Gail currently reside in the Holmes Point area of Kirkland. Committed to the Community

Bryan has a long history of volunteering in his community. He donates a portion of his commission from every transaction to the Windermere Foundation, which supports local charities by providing shelter, food, and emergency assistance to low-income and displaced families. The Windermere Foundation has raised over $38 million in total donations since its inception in 1989. In addition, every year Bryan opens his home for charity events, having raised over $250,000 for the Susan G. Komen Foundation over the past few years. He also donates to a variety of charities including, the Seattle Police Foundation, Ryther Center for Children & Teens, Eastside Baby Corner, and almost 2,000 lbs of food to Hopelink food bank each year.

In addition to working with a top producing broker, Bryan also brings with him a team of experienced real estate professionals, including 4 full time assistants all of which are licensed brokers. Sara Miller has been working alongside Bryan as his full time managing director for over 20 years; contributing 26+ years of experience in the mortgage and escrow sectors. They are joined by Kessie Danielson (Listing & Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Design), Sophia Miller (Broker Assistant) & Trent Mosier (Administrative Assistant). All of the Bryan Loveless Team maintain close working relationships with several excellent mortgage brokers, escrow officers and title companies.
