Hello North Copper Canyon!
We are now a few months into 2025! How are we all doing?
I’m so thrilled with the magazines and your love of them! I am taking this time to spotlight non-profits along with my business partners. Join me in donating and supporting the various charities over 2025!
This issue features a charity called Paws Posse. This is a pet rescue that can use our help getting off the ground. I have known Traci for 4 years now and she has a heart for saving animals. We also have a feature on clutter. I know it’s a rough topic for some. Robin shares some great tips on how to organize but also you can hire her to help! Lastly, you have seen the ad in multiples of the magazines but let’s support Desert Oasis Livestock Club. They did amazing at the Maricopa County Fair. Your donations go back to the club and help kids who need financial help and also help the school continue to run the program! The club has over 30 kids now and they show everything from chickens, bunnies, guinea pigs, pigs and goats. These kids take care of the animals at school and at home! They even partnered with some of the special needs classrooms to help them be part of the club as well with various education clinics. I highly encourage you to go to next year’s Maricopa County Fair and see their showmanship or attend the live auction. A pig went for $8600 this year!
Support these non-profits and help them continue the great work they are doing! HAving heart for the community is what makes Surprise, AZ an amazing place to live!

Last September, I moved from Peoria, AZ to Illinois. Robin helped me to prepare my house for the showing while I was still out of state. She worked with my realtor to prepare the house for showings. When I returned to Arizona, I had 20 days to sell items, pack, schedule movers and have garage sale. Robin helped me every step of the process. We sorted, declutterred, donated, sold and packed nonstop. I could not have done it without her. She is great to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs help decluttering, organizing or preparing to move.
