Frank Ramseur is the senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Chattanooga. After coming to the Lord on an airplane in 1992, he went on to serve at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale from 1996 - 2000. God called Frank and his wife, Shawn, to pioneer a church in Chattanooga in the summer of 2000. Calvary Chapel Chattanooga has experienced tremendous grace, growth and fruitfulness over these past years. A powerful teacher and lover of the Word, Pastor Frank is devoted to these things without regret: “My savior who rescued me, my wife who stands by and supports me, making me better than I’d ever be alone, and my 5 children who delight me daily!”

Kevin Smith is a native of West Philadelphia. The Lord drew him to Himself in 1981 when he was a junior in high school. Kevin Smith attended Penn State University and graduated

from Temple University with a BS degree in 1989. He met his soul-mate and wife Sandra at Temple, and they were married in 1987 during Kevin’s senior year. They have been blessed with four beautiful daughters: Tesia, Bethany, Chara, and Joanna. He and his wife attended Tenth Presbyterian Church for four years where Kevin worked part-time as a pastoral intern for three years. There Dr. James Montgomery Boice had a tremendous impact on Kevin Smith’s life and ministry. Kevin began his theological studies at Westminster Theological Seminary through the Center for Urban Theological Studies. Upon moving to the Washington D.C. area in 1994, at the request of the Potomac Presbytery of the Presbyterian Church in America, he finished his studies at Chesapeake Theological Seminary receiving a Masters in Theological Studies. He and his wife planted what became Mt. Zion Covenant Church in 1998 in Bowie, Maryland, a suburb of Washington D.C. In December 2005 Pastor Kevin accepted the call to Miami, Florida, to be the senior pastor of Pinelands Presbyterian Church. Pinelands is a truly multi-ethnic and multi-class church with many members coming from the Caribbean Islands and Latin America. Pastor Kevin and his family moved to Chattannoga, TN and started preaching at New City Fellowship on July 8, 2012.

Father Chris Sorensen is the senior pastor of the Mission--Chattanooga, a mission abbey of the Anglican Mission in the Americas. While in seminary at Alliance Theological Seminary, Chris served as the Young Life Area Director in Darien, CT. Under his leadership, Darien Young Life became the largest Young Life ministry in New England, with more than 60% of the public high school participating. Chris has been married to his wife Angie for 15 years, and they have two sons, Elijah and Wilson.

Departmental chapels are led by our own faculty as they meet with their majors. The Presidentâ€™s Chapels is a special series curated by Dr. Livesay especially to suit the most current needs of the college. Honors Chapel is an opportunity for the administration and faculty to recognize excellence in scholarship and leadership among the students. Technology certainly improves life, makes tasks easier, facilitates communication, but in addition to these benefits, what does technology take away from us? What does technology want from us? In this series, we will be considering the story of technology and how it changes the way that we build relationships. Jason Glen is an ethicist, philosopher, and armchair theologian who desires to acquire and communicate wisdom. He serves as the Director of Worldview Formation at Bryan College. Bringing his experience in student services, discipleship, academic research, and business management to Bryan College, his goal is to add value to the department of Worldview Formation and the overall community at Bryan College. Jason is well researched in the areas of postmodernism, relational ethics, sexual ethics, ecclesiology, comparative worldviews, and social media. Jason, his wife, and four daughters reside in Dayton, TN.

Of Games and God: A Christian Exploration of Video Games 10am, Monday, September 23

Dr. Kevin Schut writes about the intersection of communication, culture, media, technology and faith, primarily by talking about computer and video games. Kevin was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, and still cheers for the Oilers. After graduating from Calvin College, he married and taught overseas in schools for missionary kids in the Cote d’Ivoire and Hungary. He has three young daughters who love playing the Wii, PS3, and Xbox360 with him.

Ethan Sansoni and Bryan Saylor, a recent Bryan alum, started Real Talk: The Pod back in August of 2012 with two borrowed microphones, and they had to ask their friend JJ for help connecting all of the recording equipment. They didn’t even have a name for the podcast in their first episode. But they’ve come a long way since then with the help of dozens of friends. Along the way, they’ve discovered that many believers have a narrow viewpoint of the Church. Maybe they think of a cool worship time or a celebrity pastor or perhaps of an organization that

doesn’t care or a set of rules for me to follow. The goal of Real Talk: The Pod is to pull back the curtain and show the a side of the faith that people don’t often see: The day-to-day lives of a wide variety of people and how God tells a beautiful Story through the stories of so many. On September 27, Real Talk: The Pod is coming to Bryan College to wrap up the Bryan series on technology. They’ll be making a live recording from stage in chapel with audience participation!

Ginny Hanson is Sak Saum’s International Director. She and her husband, Eric, moved to Cambodia full-time in 2004 and founded In His Steps International. IHSI works specifically to empower the Cambodian people to reach their own for Christ. In 2005, Ginny met a young Cambodian woman, Theavy. Barren for nine years, Theavy had tried everything to have a child – everything but God. Ginny prayed asking God to open Theavy’s womb and God answered. Theavy gave birth to a little baby boy in 2006. Shortly

after his birth, Theavy’s husband abandoned her, leaving her with few options to care for her child. Ginny knew she needed help. This is how Sak Saum began — one woman reaching out to help one woman. Ginny’s heart is to see vulnerable men and women like Theavy find freedom, purpose, healing and love in their own lives and the lives of their families. She is passionate about setting captives free. Ginny and her husband, Eric, have two daughters, two son-in-laws and two grandchildren.

Located in Phnom Penh and the Saang district of Cambodia, Sak Saum is a ministry dedicated to the rescue, restoration, transformation and rehabilitation of vulnerable and exploited women and men. Sak Saum is pioneering a model of self-sustaining ministry. From the beginning, their goal has been to create a nurturing, empowering, restorative program which facilitates vocational training in sewing, excellent products, and community development. They believe in the union of powerful, life-changing outreach with effective, excellent business. At Sak Saum, work is supported through the sale of products around the world. Andrew Norquist spent his formative years as a homeschooler in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. Upon graduation from Northwestern College (St. Paul, MN) in 2004 with a BA in Art and Bible he ventured east and began graduate studies in Sculpture at The Rhode Island School of Design (Providence, RI). Much of his graduate thesis work explored issues of being both masculine and a Christian in the arts world. He graduated in 2006 and was soon after hired to work in the Exhibitions Department at his alma mater. In the midst of coordinating over 40 art and design shows each year at three campus galleries, Andrew continues to create and show his own work. He was invited to participate in a group exhibit in Paris, France reflecting on the Stations of the Cross. Other group shows have landed his work in galleries in New York, NY, St. Paul, MN, and Providence, RI. A recent solo show at the AS220 Gallery in Providence pursued themes of surface design and repeating patterns. Andrew’s preferred mediums are construction materials, especially plywood and cement. He currently lives in Providence, RI with his wife Shannon and three children Angel, Luis and Honesty.

Josh Bales is a singer/ songwriter and recording artist originally from Chattanooga, TN. His albums span the genres of Country-Pop, Singer-Songwriter, and Retuned Hymns. In 2012, Josh recorded with Ed Cash-the award winning producer of Chris Tomlin, Kari Jobe, Dave Barnes, Matt Wertz. Josh’s worship song “A Hymn For All the World” has been featured on the Midday Connection Show from Moody Radio, and is sung in churches around the world. His singer/songwriter music has garnered awards online and is currently licensed for shows on E!TV, Discovery Channel Network, Mtv, and VH1. Josh travels the country year round sharing his art. Some recent venues include the Hard Rock Cafe in Nashville, The National Prayer Breakfast Family Dinner in Washington DC, The Generosity Trust in Tennessee, Family Life Ministries in Arkansas, Summit Ministries in Colorado, Campus Crusade (CRU), Reformed Theological Seminary, and Generous Giving, in Florida. Josh currently serves as Director of Worship at Lake Baldwin Church (PCA) in Florida, and is finishing a Master of Divinity and Master of Arts in Counseling at Reformed Theological Seminary.

DèRontè is the new Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at Bryan College. Prior to joining the Bryan College family, DèRontè served for two years as the Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Central Christian College of the Bible (CCCB) located in Moberly, Missouri. A native of North Carolina, he graduated from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University with a Bachelors in Economics. His passion for poetry and preaching developed during his time at North Carolina A&T, where he wrote his first poem and preached his first sermon. Acknowledging the call to preach GOD’s word, DèRontè enrolled at CCCB where he graduated with a Bachelors of Religious Studies. CCCB is also where he met his wife Sarah. In 2011, with the urging of his local church, DèRontè wrote and recorded his first Christian hip-hop album entitled“Abundance of the Heart.” Since then he has penned another album entitled “Unleashed” and his newest music project is an EP titled“Die Well.” Above all DèRontè desires to be a man of GOD, pleasing GOD as a servant, husband to Sarah, and father to his daughter Zion.

Isn’t it possible to go too far and create unhealthy dependency? Or worse yet, to develop a savior complex in us and an inferiority complex in those we seek to serve? How can we “seek the welfare of the city” without going to far and playing God, filling roles that God reserves for Himself? This series will introduce new paradigms for ministry, for being faithful Christians in the world, living out the implications of the Gospel with those neighbors God gives each of us.

Brian Hayward considers being the dearly beloved child of God to be his greatest blessing. He’s been very happily married for 11 years and the proud father of Amelia, 7, and Micah, 4. He works in the areas of Training & Development in partnership with several non-profit agencies. He is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) with his Masters in Public Health (Loma Linda University’s International Health program) and teaches CPR, 1st Aid & AED American Red Cross certified courses; he seeks to educate immigrant populations to help facilitate access to health care & disease prevention. In the last few years, Brian’s been working as a Mediator through Peacemaker Ministries, equipping others to resolve conflicts. He’s partnering with Medic International to begin a school in West Africa, where he formerly worked as Health Education Program Director. He also assists refugee families in getting resettled through Catholic Charities. What he enjoys most about his work is helping people to develop in a wholistic way: spiritually, physically and emotionally. Since being a Rotary Club Exchange student in France (’96-’97), he’s really enjoyed delving into various languages and cultures and has studied and spoken at some level a few African indigenous languages. He has been seeking to combine these various interests through beginning an interfaith network called Partnership 4 Peace (P4P), whose motto is Following the Prophets’ Path of Peace Together. This past summer, P4P began a Language & Culture Immersion pilot program, bringing together Christian students interested in Islamic Culture and Language with Arab language nurturers in Michigan’s most diverse city.

Dr. Paul A. Cleveland is a Professor of Economics and Finance at Birmingham-Southern College. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from Texas A&M University. His principal academic research is focused on the study of free enterprise and political economy. In pursuing his studies, he reads extensively in the areas of philosophy, theology, and history which are helpful in exploring the morality of free markets. Within this context, he is interested in examining the proper role of government in society and the problems created when it enacts policies beyond its appropriate boundaries.

Mark Stuart, founding member and Executive Director of the Hands and Feet Project, has been passionately connected to Haiti for over 25 years. Mark visited Haiti for the first time during high school with his father and fell deeply in love with the nation and its people. In 1991, Mark founded Audio Adrenaline with band mates Bob Herdman and Will McGinniss and went on to win two Grammys over a 17 year career as the lead singer. Prior to coming to Covenant College, he was a professor at the University of Maryland—College Park and a research fellow at the Center for Institutional Reform and the Informal Sector.

Dr. Matt Benson, Vice- President of Spiritual Formation, and his wife, Melody, love raising their children (Jonathan, Joshua and Emilyn) to welcome college students, visitors and missionaries to fellowship on the back porch. Now in his 16th year at Bryan, Matt brings to the table his experience as pastor, worship leader and pastoral counselor, as well as a keen sense of kingdom-living, leadership development and strategic thinking.

As an undergraduate at Piedmont College, Matt studied computer science and history, and went on to study at Dallas Theological Seminary (Th.M.). He most recently completed a doctorate in Spiritual Formation from Talbot School of Theology.

Matt Orth is from Chambersburg, PA and is a graduate of Toccoa Falls College. He is a teaching elder at Broad River Community Church in Boiling Springs, NC. He is married to Shannon (since 1995!) and they have a teenage daughter named Micah and a baby daughter named Addi. Matt loves good friends, good movies, good coffee and great music written by real people.

Jeff Eenigenburg, Director of Worship Arts and Assistant Professor of Christian Ministry, leads the new Worship Arts program here at Bryan. Jeff came to Bryan from southwest Georgia where he served as the Pastor of Worship at Grace Church in Bainbridge for eight years. He earned a BA in Educational Ministries from Moody Bible Institute and a ThM with a Media Arts emphasis from Dallas Theological Seminary. Jeff has an intense desire to see people respond to God’s grace by expressing their devotion to Him in every facet of their lives. He is married to his college sweetheart Caroline and has three wonderful, energetic children—Talia, Ezra, and Titus.

Metaxas was the keynote speaker at the 2012 National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, D.C., and was awarded the Canterbury Medal in 2011 by the Becket Fund for Religious Freedom. CONCERT The Rolling Stones did it. Led Zeppelin did it. Fleetwood Mac is doing it again. There are a lot of reasons why iconic rock bands reunite, make new records and take the whole shebang out on tour after years of being out of sight and off the charts. For some, it’s the love of the music. It’s the thrill of the spotlight. They’re almost always back by popular demand. And at the bottom line, it’s almost always about the money. For multi Grammy-winning Audio Adrenaline, the ‘90s Christian rock band who called it quits back in 2007, none of those reasons were good enough. As Christian bands go, they’d been there and done that. They had a huge following, charted 17 No. 1 hits, sold over three million records, garnered two GRAMMY® Awards as well as multiple Dove Awards. They’d paid their dues on the road, headlining big tours. Their music had already impacted a generation. So when Mark Stuart, lead singer/songwriter for the band, who had been diagnosed with spasmodic dysphonia, had exhausted all medical options and showed little signs of improvement, AA was left with no choice but to say goodbye. Frankly, their priorities had shifted when, in 2003, Stuart and band mate Will McGinniss had founded the Hands & Feet Project, a non-profit ministry in earthquake-devastated Haiti. By 2012, Stuart and his wife had adopted three Haitian children of their own, and with the help of his parents, the Hands & Feet Project had begun providing care and housing for over 100 orphaned and abandoned children in Jacmel and Grand Goave, and employment for 80 Haitian adults. “I was 100% focused on Hands & Feet,” Stuart says, “so the idea of relaunching Audio Adrenaline wasn’t even on my radar.” Having enjoyed life off the road with his wife and children, McGinniss wrestled with the bigger issues of motivation and how reviving the band might distract from the mission. “[Hands & Feet] is not some fleeting commitment without any depth,” he explains. “This is a lifetime dedication for Mark and I to give back to the children of Haiti.”

Serving orphaned children in Haiti had trumped anything Audio Adrenaline had accomplished in its successful career, but when their friend and manager Wes Campbell suggested that the band could play an integral role in the mission, the wheels began to turn. The only meaningful reason to relaunch Audio Adrenaline: to make music that directly, financially benefits orphaned children in Haiti. No longer up to the vocal task, Stuart connected with Kevin Max of dcTalk fame, and miraculously things just began falling into place. Max, who was adopted as a child, jumped at the opportunity to be part of something bigger than the music. “I’ve known these guys from the beginning of my career, and what I loved about this idea was that whatever came out of it would be greater than the sum of its parts.” Kings & Queens With Stuart taking a key role in production and songwriting, the group solidified with even more surprising additions: former Superchick guitarist Dave Ghazarian, drummer Jared Byers, formerly of Bleach, and keyboardist Jason Walker all jumped on board. Through collaborative efforts, Stuart, Max and McGinniss whittled 50 new songs down to ten, and what emerged was Kings & Queens—with a portion of the net proceeds going to benefit AA’s Hands & Feet Project ministry. Set for release in March of 2013, Kings & Queens delivers the energy and passion Audio Adrenaline fans have always expected from the band, along with a renewed sense of mission and purpose. “Over 17 years as a band, we’ve sounded different on almost every record,” Stuart explains. “This record keeps pushing and yet thematically and lyrically, it’s dead center where AA always has been.” The title track, “Kings & Queens,” written by Juan Otero and Kevin Max, personifies everything Hands & Feet represents as an organization. “We shot the music video in Haiti at our homes in the village of Cyvadier with all these beautiful Haitian children,” McGinniss says. “It’s so amazing to think of how God surrounds these children, the vastness of their potential and how He’s writing this huge story in their lives. They are God’s little ones, and they will impact their culture

from the inside out with God’s love. We tried to capture that idea in the vastness of the landscape, the ocean and the cliffs, the greenest greens and in purple the color of God’s majesty.”

The power of redemption to change lives is ancient truth, but it’s never been more important because these men resolutely believe that God has bigger plans for Audio Adrenaline than what fueled their band before.

Destined to be a radio favorite, the tune “Believer” is a fearless declaration, a sonic revelation of AA’s mission: “I can see through the darkness, I hold up a flame, I’m not afraid, I’m a believer....” As so many AA songs have been, it’s a powerful reminder for believers that the power of Christ is alive in each of us. The theme of fearlessness continues on the percussion-driven anthem “20:17 (Raise The Banner),” one of the most unforgettable moments on the record. Add this one to the history of AA touring favorites, a captivating battle cry for this generation to put faith into action to change the world. “...Put the armies in the back and the singers in the front... raise the banner high, march with I and I, lift your voices up loud and high... strength and unity, faith and victory, ...we put our weapons down, we raise up worship...”

“I was always somewhat motivated by fear of failure and people’s opinions, which is ridiculous,” Stuart says. “So putting this band back out is pretty intimidating. This isn’t ‘Make a record and do ten shows and see what happens.’ This is a group of men coming together, making a commitment for years to come to do something significant, in terms of music, communication and ministry. It feels right for all of us.”

“Change My Name,” a driving rock anthem of rescue and restoration that showcases Max’s distinctive style and vocal range, is fast becoming a fan favorite. “He Moves, You Move” cranks out the dance-party guitar groove AA is known for, packing a lyrical punch: “Right now is all you ever have, so forget the past and don’t worry about the future. He’s the author of your story, so let Him take you on the journey....” In these and all the songs on Kings & Queens, Audio Adrenaline establishes a new benchmark in artistry and purpose. “Honestly, I feel this is one of the best records, if not THE best, AA has ever put together,” Stuart says of Kings & Queens, “God gave us songs we could never have written without Him. And it’s not because of the Hands & Feet Project. I know it might sound weird or cliché, but I can sense something really powerful is happening. It’s about bigger themes; it’s about redemption. It’s about the Gospel itself. It’s about inspiring others to dream bigger and to move toward redemption, grace and love, no matter where they are in life.”

While in Mississippi, his outspoken nature and support and leadership in civil rights demonstrations resulted in repeated harassment, beatings and imprisonment. He again was arrested in 2005 year while protesting in Washington D.C. against U. S. Government defunding of programs aiding the poor. In Mendenhall, Perkins and his wife, Vera Mae, founded Voice of Calvary Ministries. This Christian community development ministry started a church, health center, leadership development program, thrift store, low-income housing development, and training center. From this ministry, other development projects started in the neighboring towns of Canton, New Hebron and Edwards. Philip K. Reed, the previous pastor of Voice of Calvary Fellowship, has assumed the leadership of this dynamic ministry.

Dr. John M. Perkins Dr. Perkins will be a featured guest for the Stop Hurting People series running October 7-18. In 1983, while in California, John Perkins and his wife, Vera Mae Perkins along with a few friends and other major supporters, established the John M. Perkins Foundation for Reconciliation & Development, Inc. for the sole purpose of supporting their mission of advancing the principles of Christian community development and racial reconciliation throughout the world. The Foundation is now headquartered at 1831 Robinson St. in Jackson, MS with a mission to “develop the lives of youth, leaders and the underprivileged in our community and around the world, by setting an example of God’s love to further his Kingdom.” John M. Perkins was born a sharecropper’s son who grew up in New Hebron, Mississippi amidst dire poverty. Fleeing to California at age 17 after his older brother’s murder at the hands of a town marshal, he vowed never to return. However after converting to Christi-

In 1982, the Perkins family returned to California and lived in the city of Pasadena where Perkins and his wife founded Harambee Christian Family Center in Northwest Pasadena, a neighborhood that had one of the highest daytime crime rates in California. Harambee is yet standing, running numerous programs including after school tutoring, Good News Bible Clubs, an award-winning technology center, summer day camp, youth internship programs, and a college scholarship program. In 1989, John Perkins called together a group of Christian leaders from across America that was bonded by one significant commitment—expressing the love of Christ in America’s poor communities, not at arms length, but at the grass-roots level. An association was formed and the Christian Community Development Association (CCDA) held its first annual conference in Chicago in 1989. CCDA has grown from 37 founding members to 6,800 individuals and 600 churches, ministries, institutions and businesses in more than 100 cities and townships across the country. Despite being a third grade drop-out, Perkins has been recognized for his work with eleven honorary doctorates from colleges and universities across the country and two universities have established John Perkins centers. He is an international speaker and teacher on racial reconciliation, leadership and the philosophy of ministry known as Christian Community Development.

FEATURED SPEAKERS Dr. Fred Sorrells

Founder and President Dr. Fred Sorrells brings much international program experience to the International Institute of SPORT. He has served in many capacities within the Paralympic Movement, and he has been instrumental in showcasing opportunities for disabled people around the world. With a focus on Third World countries, he has connected with disabled artists and athletes in Africa and the Caribbean. Having lived in Africa for over twenty years, Dr. Sorrells is fluent in French and Malagasy, and he has a working knowledge of several other African languages and cultures.

In 2004, while leading a disabled sports development endeavor in Haiti, Dr. Sorrells was petitioned by several disabled artists to help sell their artwork. Although art was beyond his area of expertise, Dr. Sorrells envisioned that art could be another means to showcase the talents of disabled people and bring much needed relief from poverty. Several years later a core team of people who shared Fred’s vision came together, and this lead to the establishment of the Global Art Initiative in December, 2008. Much of this organization’s functions have since been assimilated into the International Institute of SPORT. An internationally recognized visionary whose unconventional perspectives are fueled by his “passions of the heart,” Dr. Fred Sorrells is the driving force behind the International Institute of SPORT. He and his teams travel the globe to deliver solutions for assisting some of the most disadvantaged people on Earth. His experiences have helped foster Fred’s personal mission to create opportunities for disabled people around the world. His can-do attitude, innovative ideas and contributions, and exemplary leadership already have secured this pioneer a place in restorative history. His personal mission to make a positive difference in people’s lives and his belief in the “power of human interaction” serve as the cornerstones for the successful programs that emanate from his on-going leadership.

Dr. Sorrells has increasingly become a champion for the disabled in Africa and around the world. He has been successful in elevating the status of the disabled in Third World countries by highlighting the achievements of citizens with disabilities – people who are often considered a curse, spit upon, and left behind. In 1996 Dr. Sorrells served as the Assistant Chef de Mission for an African country that was participating in the Olympics for the first time. Shortly thereafter he served as the Chef de Mission for another African country that was also participating in the Paralympic Games for the first time. Then, while working with disabled athletes during the 1996 Atlanta Paralympic Games, he realized that various popular sports adapted for the disabled provided them with a unique platform to show their fellow countrymen that disability neither implied inability nor curse.

Fueled with a new understanding and burning desire to restore dignity, honor and status to the disabled, Dr. Sorrells discovered and helped to train several disabled athletes who participated in the Paralympic Games. One of those athletes won several medals in the 2000 Sydney and 2004 Athens Paralympic Games. The medals and the accompanying recognition brought honor and national recognition by showcasing the true abilities of disabled athletes.

AUTHORS A PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE CHAPEL AND THE LIBRARY Authors is a partnership between the chapel and the library at Bryan College. Throughout the year, a variety of authors will be speaking in chapel and visiting classes. The partnership consists of two main aspects. First, these authors will be featured in a series of coffee and conversation events, with a reception at the library itself. Some of these events will also include a book signing. Second, the library has purchased a representative selection of the books written by these authors to add to our collection for the benefit of anyone who would like to â€œread alongâ€? with the series.

Some exciting authors and speakers will be coming for our fall Chapel Services. Kevin Schut will be the first to share about his book Of Games and God. Those of you who enjoy gaming will be eager to hear what he has to say. John Perkins, an author of many books, will be sharing in chapel during the week of our College Service. John has written titles such as With Justice for All, Let Justice Roll Down, and Beyond Charity. John has a proven strategy to transforming neighborhoods---he has his focus on need, vision, strategy and challenge.

Brian Fikkert will be speaking about his book When Helping Hurts: How to Alleviate Poverty without Hurting the Poor…and Yourself. He is a professor of economics at Covenant College. In November Jan Silvious will be our chapel speaker. She has written several books including Foolproofing Your Life and Look at it This Way. Jan has a passion for offering hope and encouragement to those who are stuck in their life circumstances.
