FEIBP 2025 Congress in Ischia to Emphasize Unity with Castle Tour, Interactive Workshops

The European Brushware Federation (FEIBP) has unveiled details for its 65th annual Congress, set to take place October 8-11, 2025, on the island of Ischia, Italy. With the theme “No Federation Is an Island,” this year’s program is designed to emphasize the enduring value of connection and collaboration within the brush industry, spotlighting federations as critical pillars of unity and progress.

Blending history, creativity and strategic dialogue, the 2025 edition will feature a series of immersive experiences aimed at engaging participants in a deeper exploration of FEIBP’s role as a connector and catalyst for its member organizations.

A highlight of the Congress will be a guided excursion on Thursday, October 10, to the Aragonese Castle, Ischia’s most iconic historic landmark. Built atop a rocky islet and accessible by a narrow causeway, the centuries-old fortress has stood through invasions and royal intrigue. It now serves as a fitting symbol of resilience and continuity, aligning with the Congress’s emphasis on the strength and legacy of federations. Attendees will tour the castle’s ancient halls and reflect on the metaphor of enduring structures built through shared purpose and cooperation.

Building on the momentum of past themes — leadership in Ireland (2023) and corporate ecosystems in Ibiza (2024) — the 2025 Congress will also introduce two interactive team-building sessions that bring the theme to life.

On Thursday afternoon, participants will engage in a LEGO® Serious Play® workshop to creatively explore:

• What members expect from FEIBP

• How to envision the "ideal" FEIBP island

• How future FEIBP and ABMA Congresses can further support this shared vision

The following morning, on Friday, October 11, attendees will participate in a pizza-making session guided by a traditional Neapolitan pizzaiolo. This collaborative, hands-on experience is intended to reinforce the core values of teamwork, creativity and shared identity — essential components for any successful federation.

Transportation for all off-site activities will be provided and the FEIBP encourages early registration to ensure availability for these unique program features.
