WHAT MAKES OUR BELT STAND OUT?
Our engineers always consider the heat generation and load conditions created by different riding styles. For example, the Maverick X3 produces higher drivetrain loads at hard throttle through dunes and requires a stiffer drive belt with high heat resistance. But a heavily loaded utility vehicle can also encounter high drivetrain loads. However, the clutch calibration, engine, RPM, velocity, and work environment differ significantly necessitating a drive belt optimised for those conditions. That’s why it’s so important to choose the right drive belt.
One essential material stands among our drive belt components: aramid. Aramid, commonly used in the manufacture of drive belts, is a heat and abrasion resistant man-made fiber that improves the strength and durability of rubber.
Always make sure you match any replacement drive belt to the requirements of your BRP vehicle’s make and year of manufacture. While third-party and BRP drive belts are identical in size and shape, ours were designed to deliver the highest levels of performance and longevity based upon your vehicle’s specific end-use and calibration.
