Bargersville Downtown Redevelopment Community & Regional Planning
Community & Regional Planning
The Town of Bargersville engaged Browning Day to help plan and envision the future of growth and development in and around their existing historic downtown. Through background research, scale studies, precedent studies, and a series of meetings with key stakeholders, the project team presented concepts, took feedback, and revised concepts to develop a final plan.
The resulting final concept plan is authentic to the community and its history, is vibrant and activated, and is financially viable for the Town.

“Planning for us immediately was about the strength in having the community involved and broadening the scope of conversations, especially when we are in a period of change. We were extremely impressed with Browning Day's recommendations for the consultants we use, in addition to their team.
The process has been incredibly valuable to know our team at JCC will work together in other areas and for our future."

Innovation District Planning
Community and public entities are responsible for owning land with the purpose of attracting major developments for advanced mixed-use projects within the state.
Placemaking principles and our attention to planning nuances are at the core of creating innovative districts that prioritize the quality of life for the individuals and communities they serve.
It is also critical to attracting the high-skill and highwage business sectors the government entities are seeking to propel communities forward.
We partner at a systems-level, which both consolidates and integrates infrastructural elements such as storm water systems, public green space, and multi-modal transportation networks into a unified, welldesigned “public realm,” which will ensure increased sustainability and a high quality of life regardless of location or land-use.
"The Browning Day team helped to shape the vision, transforming an undeveloped site into a thriving destination. Now a reality, the lake offers an amenity to the surrounding offices while providing a welcoming space for the community. As businesses grow around it, what once was just a plan has evolved into a hub for growth and connection."

Faith-Based Vision Planning
We understand the type of service and commitment faithbased organizations make to the community. Decisions throughout a project include the community and are for the community.
