Coaches Meeting/ Packet Pickup

TIME THURSDAY, FEBUARY, 9, 2023

ACTIVITY

5:00 p.m. Airline High School opens. Any teams arriving before this time must remain outside until the school is ready to open.

5:00 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. Coaches sign-in, pay entry fees and pick up packet.

5:45 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. Coaches' complimentary meal will be provided.

6:15 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Coaches meeting in Library.

7:30 p.m. Everyone exit Airline High School.

NOTE: On Thursday, coaches will be issued bag tags for Friday at the coaches' meeting for bags brought into the arena. Bags that are tagged will not be searched on Friday. Coaches must supervise the packing of all team related bags and equipment brought in the Brookshire Arena. Please limit one bag/ item per person/ wrestler. Bag tags for Saturday shall be picked up at the Head Table on Friday.
