We are so looking forward to seeing everyone at our Spring Concert! It will be on SUNDAY, MARCH 19TH at 3pm at the clubhouse. Our theme is Music is Inspirational! We have songs that will fill your heart with joy and happiness. Some new songs and some old favorites. For cookie enthusiasts, we wanted to let you know we will be serving cookies after the concert!
As a bonus, the Music Aires Combo will be doing a special recital on March 22 at 1:30 pm in Room C at the clubhouse. We will be showcasing our members doing some of their favorite pieces. This is a special treat that we know you will enjoy! As always everyone who likes to sing is invited to come to our practices on Tuesdays at 1:00 pm in Classroom C.
Do you enjoy hearing the Music Aires Combo play during our concerts? Well, you are in luck!!
We will be giving a Recital in Room C at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, March 22, 2023. All kinds of music from Gershwin to Folk to Sacred. The instruments being played will be piano, violin, cello, Flute and Dulcimer. Come enjoy!!

Having weak abdominal muscles can affect much more than how you look in the mirror. They are a common cause of lower back pain and poor posture Your abdominals work in conjunction with your back muscles when bending, lifting, or straightening. Lack of strength in these areas means more pressure on your ligaments and spinal bones. Strengthening those muscles can help you be steadier on your feet and lessen your risk of falling. Regular exercise can make the muscles stronger.
Our class is for Brookridge residents and their houseguests (Sorry, no children). The cost is fifty cents per class and the first class is free! Class starts at 8:30am and runs to 9:30am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Classes start with low impact aerobics followed by stretch and tone; weights; and either mats or chairs. “Getting rid of excess Weight” is not an easy task. Instead of “Losing” weight, we like to “get rid of it”. We don't want it back!

We all have bad day, but with the support of our fellow weight control members, it does make it easier and we DO need the support of each other.
