PROJECT TYPE : HOSPITALITY
LOCATION : WEST PALM BEACH, FL

This boutique hotel is conceived as a wellnessfocused retreat that integrates biophilic design, sustainability, and luxury to create a restorative guest experience. Prioritizing health, comfort, and connection to nature, the design incorporates natural light, indoor greenery, and organic materials to enhance well-being. Sustainable practices, including air and water purification, non-toxic materials, and energy-efficient systems, establish a healthy, Eco-conscious environment. Guest Suites feature circadian lighting, purified air, and ergonomic furnishings to promote relaxation, while communal spaces like a plant-filled lobby encourage rejuvenation and social engagement. The hotel aims to redefine hospitality by offering a holistic experience that nurtures the body and mind.
The boutique hotel must provide a high-end, wellness-focused experience while maintaining sustainability, comfort, and modern design. The challenge is to integrate indoor-outdoor living, personalized guest experiences, and acoustic privacy while managing budget constraints and environmental factors unique to Florida.

NORTH ELEVATION
































A seamless blend of comfort and elegance, this open-concept space features rich textures, natural materials, and an earthy color palette. A deep green sectional anchors the living area, while soft lighting and natural stone surfaces add warmth and depth. Thoughtfully placed greenery and sculptural lighting enhance the biophilic ambiance, creating a sense of relaxation and connection to nature.

A sophisticated yet inviting space, the kitchen showcases natural stone, warm wood finishes, and soft, diffused lighting. The minimalist design emphasizes clean lines and functionality, while subtle greenery adds a fresh, organic touch. Pendant lights with sculptural shades bring warmth and intimacy to the space.

A tranquil, nature-inspired space where a rich green plastered wall becomes the focal point, evoking a sense of calm and connection to the outdoors. Soft, neutral-toned furnishings balance the depth of the green, while natural textures like linen, stone, and woven fibers enhance the organic feel. Subtle lighting and thoughtfully placed greenery complete the serene, restorative atmosphere.

A serene retreat blending natural textures and warm tones, this bedroom features an earthy color palette, organic materials, and biophilic elements. A botanical mural serves as a focal point, complemented by soft lighting, wood paneling, and lush greenery, creating a calming and immersive atmosphere.

The Southside is an intimate, 1920s-inspired cocktail lounge hidden in the heart of Logan, Utah. A modern homage to the Prohibitionera speakeasy, The Southside blends vintage glamour with contemporary sophistication, offering an elevated drinking experience steeped in history and intrigue. Since its inception, the lounge has embodied the spirit of refined rebellion, where handcrafted cocktails, live jazz, and a warm, clandestine ambiance transport guests to a bygone era.
The concept for The Southside is deeply rooted in Logan’s rich past, drawing from the city’s historic charm while channeling the allure of secret bars from the Roaring Twenties. The space is adorned with antique brass fixtures, plush velvet seating, and low-lit chandeliers, creating an atmosphere of opulence and mystery. Every detail invites guests to step into a world where time slows and indulgence reigns.
Create a stylish and intimate cocktail lounge that prioritizes ambiance, efficiency, and guest experience. Design a functional layout that optimizes space for service while maintaining an inviting atmosphere. Incorporate elements that enhance the speakeasy theme while ensuring operational efficiency.


The Southside Cocktail Lounge combines an immersive speakeasy experience with a functional, high-quality service environment. The design optimizes space, maintains aesthetic integrity, and ensures seamless operations for both staff and guests. By addressing storage, workflow, and customer comfort, the lounge will create an exceptional and memorable experience.

The metallic art installation within the Reception space reflects the fluid nature of the Cloud Gate sculpture, while the blue plastered walls evoke the depth and calm of Lake Michigan. Warm orange seating and circular tables pay homage to Chicago’s vibrant neighborhoods. Clean lines, globe pendant lights, and natural tones capture the energy of the city’s skyline. Rooted in NEXT’s mission of innovation and inclusivity, the space stimulates creativity, connection, and growth..

NEXT is an independent, global creative advertising agency headquartered in New York with offices in London, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, and soon a new office in Chicago. Next has worked with and transformed some of the world’s most well-known, leading brands for more than 30 years since its inception in 1990. Next continues to build upon its legacy of innovating at the intersection of advertising, digital, and brand strategy. Their key mission is to leverage creativity through their work to influence change and impact culture. They believe passionately in the impact creativity has in the ability to move people and therefore move brands and businesses towards growth.
The concept for NEXT’s new Chicago office reflects the city’s striking architecture and deep cultural roots. Designed to inspire creativity and collaboration, the space incorporates iconic elements inspired by the Cloud Gate sculpture, deep-dish pizza, Garfield Park Conservatory, the L tracks, and Lake Michigan. Rooted in NEXT’s mission of innovation, inclusivity, and “Being More Human,” the office fosters a culture of empathy, innovation, and growth.

The thoughtfully designed layout encourages both social interaction and quiet reflection, embodying NEXT’s commitment to nurturing creativity and well-being.

Blending classic colonial elegance with functional ranch living, The Carroll home prioritizes energy efficiency, durability, and year-round comfort. The layout supports livability and convenience, ensuring privacy in bedroom areas while maintaining an open and welcoming communal space. Outdoor living is carefully integrated into the design.
Nestled amidst the rolling hills of Montana, this colonial ranch home is a reflection of clients Trail and Madison Carroll’s deep appreciation for timeless architecture, open landscapes, and family-centered living. Designed as both a retreat and a gathering place, the home balances classic colonial elegance with the rugged practicality of ranch-style living.
With expansive windows framing breathtaking views, the home seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a sanctuary that embraces Montana’s natural beauty. Every detail—from the vaulted ceilings in the great room to the warmth of the stone fireplace—was thoughtfully selected to cultivate comfort, functionality, and a lasting sense of home.
