TheyearkickedoffwiththeYear11camp,designed to strengthen teamwork, resilience, and leadership. Students stepped out of the classroom and into a setting that challenged both mind and character, setting the tone for their final academic year and makingmemoriesinthecampfire.

Picture Day brought the Brookhurst community together in crisp uniforms and bright smiles. It was a moment to capture memories, friendships, and milestones that define the school journey. The photos will be shared in a printable format for framingatyourconvenience.







For many Year 7 students, this camp marked their first big adventure at Brookhurst. It focused on building friendships, confidence, and a sense of belonging as they settled into their new environment. Along the experience they got to see somerallyactionrightatthecampsite.
Brookhurst’s U15 boys basketball team and girls football team showcased determination and growing skill in the basketball and football fixtures. The games highlighted strong teamwork and a promising future for the school’s sports program specificallyintheKAISSOSportsLeague.








Students visited the Giraffe Centre for an educationalandinteractiveexperiencewithwildlife. The trip combined conservation awareness with hands-on learning, making it both fun and impactful. The prep school section had quite an experienceontheday.

In a spirited friendly match against Swaminarayan School, Brookhurst players demonstrated sportsmanship and competitive energy. The game servedasgreatpreparationforupcomingfixturesin theseason.








The Geography trip brought classroom concepts to life as students explored real-world landscapes. It was an enriching experience that deepened their understanding of physical and human geography. Thevistsawouryear10and11studentsvisit14Falls inThika.




The ECA Model United Nations saw students step into the shoes of global leaders, debating pressing international issues. It was a powerful display of critical thinking, diplomacy, and public speaking. Our delegation made a highlight of the experience inthevideoonouryoutubepage.

Seniors Sports Day
Seniors Sports Day was a vibrant showcase of athleticism and house spirit. From track events to team challenges, students competed with passion, makingitadayfullofenergyandexcitement.







The Verse Speaking Competition highlighted creativity and confidence as students delivered powerful spoken pieces. It was a celebration of voice, expression, and literary talent. Our very own Chawezi Mlagha clinched top spot in the own compositioncategory.

Basketball U15 vs Rusinga
InacompetitivefixtureagainstRusingaSchool,the U15basketballteamdisplayedresilienceandtactical growth. The match provided valuable experience against strong opposition. This was in the KAISSO League.







Brookhurst students participated in the World Scholars Cup, engaging in debates, collaborative writing, and quizzes. Both junior and senior teams showcased intellectual curiosity and global awareness. Bringing home 18 trophies in total this year, more than, half of the trophies available to be won.
The BIS Soccer Cup brought together young talent across multiple age groups. Brookhurst teams demonstrated skill, teamwork, and determination throughout the tournament. Our U17 team brushing off competition to win it while our U15 dropped off in the quarter finals, U13 taking 2nd place,U11alsodroppingoffinthequarterfinalsand








The Annual Play, A Taste of Honey was a standout artistic production, blending acting, music, and stagecraft. Students delivered compelling performances, reflecting months of dedication and creative collaboration. Mr Zidane and team really treatedustoaspecialthisyearandtheproduction will be mostly beneficial for the literature students abouttosittheirexamcheckitoutonourYoutube page.
Heritage Festival




The Heritage Festival celebrated cultural diversity throughfashionandperformances.Itwasavibrant reminder of the importance of understanding and appreciating different cultures. We had Lavington Campus, SCC Swaminarayan and Oshwal Academy comealongforthefestival.Itwasthefirsteditionas weseektomakeitbiggernextyear.




The Spelling Bee challenged our prep school students’ linguistic skills in a thrilling academic contest. Participants impressed with their mastery oflanguageandcomposureunderpressure.

The Skating Competition brought speed, balance, and flair to the spotlight. Students showcased their skills in a lively and entertaining event. The team brough home a couple of medals across the age groups.








The New Students Party warmly welcomed new members into the Brookhurst family. It was an evening of fun, connection, and new friendships, helping students feel at home. We also had plenty offoodaswewerealsogearingupforEidUlFitrthe following day in support of the Islam community present oncampus.
