Brooke Winter is a licensed acupuncturist with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley and a diploma from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. She taught Traditional Chinese Medicine for over 10 years and ran a private practice in Portland for nearly 18 years.


A Seasoned Acupuncturist
A seasoned acupuncturist with over 17 years of clinical practice, Brooke Winter honed her skills at the Circle Healthcare Clinic in Portland. She completed her clinical internship at Lemuel-Shattuck Hospital’s Pain Clinic in Boston and later trained practitioners nationally in the Clean Needle Technique for NCCAOM.


A Skilled Mountaineer
She taught core courses in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine and the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, while also instructing the national Clean Needle Technique course for the NCCAOM. Brooke’s contributions to education are paralleled by her years in clinical practice. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is a skilled mountaineer and has summited Mount Rainer and others.

Studies In Traditional Chinese Medicine
As a mentor and educator, Brooke Winter has guided countless students through their studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She taught at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine for over a decade, helping future acupuncturists build solid foundations in core subjects like Point Location and Clean Needle Technique, all while maintaining her private practice at Circle Healthcare Clinic.
