Cake Decorating 1
This course teaches individuals how to create beautiful basic decorated cakes. The course begins with the very basics of cake decorating. After completion of this course students will be able to frost a two-layer round cake, fill pastry bags with frosting and be able to hold the pastry bag correctly when decorating cakes.
