What makes it different? Separate from the existing Prep School, with its own space and learning areas, this is not merely an extension to the existing provision; it is a distinct learning pathway for pupils looking for an alternative senior school experience. Core GCSEs with additional options allow 16+ leavers to make informed decisions about their future world of work and study.
What will you study? At least five GCSE subjects including Maths, English and Science as core subjects together with a further mix of GCSE options and vocational subjects including: Art; Enterprise; Land-based Studies; Hospitality and Catering; Sport and Coaching Principles; Performing Arts and Travel and Tourism.
Who should apply? Pupils looking for a Year 9 place who wish to follow a more varied curriculum, with a balance of traditional core elements and an exciting choice of vocational subjects. Pupils who benefit from a smaller nurturecentred environment.
