The most success we have had in building our companies has been through relationship building. We’ve built relationships with professional partners, communities, vendors and clients for the past 15 years and there has never been anything with a better ROI. That is the approach we have taken with Irons & Estates. We want to build relationships with our target market and at scale. The best way to gain credibility and familiarity is to partner with quality people who can add value.

One of the biggest “aha moments” for us came about 10 years ago when we went down the path of requesting reviews from our clients. It was clear that it was far more powerful for someone else to share how great we were, rather than us tell our market how great we were.

That thought process led us to other avenues such as TV and Radio where we were able to bring on guests who could bring value to our database and allow us to share how great they were which helped them all obtain new business. It’s social proofing and it works well, really well.
