Choosing the Goodman BBA felt right for me because I wanted to pursue business at a deeper level at an inclusive school with small class sizes. I think one of the main things that built my character at Goodman would be participating in the case competitions at ACE. In my first year I joined ACE, I didn’t know what I was going into; I also had no friends interested in case competitions, but I was. Our training sessions the executive team put together for us taught us to trust in ourselves and with the support I came Top 5 at Nationals, which was a very big deal for me.”

AWARD Awards: Experiential and WorkIntegrated Learning Ontario’s Experiential team of the year Brock University Experiential Learning Students of the Year

Experiential education is about more than applying classroom knowledge, it’s about creating real-world impact. Team Europe, a group of five students from Germany and Ireland, did exactly that. United by their international perspectives and shared passion for ethical business, the team collaborated with Remember MEdia, a start-up focused on supporting people living with dementia. As part of a business ethics experiential-learning project, Carlos, Jakob, Laurenz, Kathryn, and Luisa worked directly with founder Jessica Grabell to shape the foundation of the company. They developed mission, vision, and values rooted in dignity, compassion, and community – helping ensure that the business remained purpose-driven as it grew. Their work went far beyond the classroom. With professionalism, insight, and cross-cultural collaboration, the team delivered strategies that are now helping guide the early launch of MemoraCare Technologies Inc., a new tech platform for memory support and connection. Their success shows the power of experiential learning to not only build skills and apply classroom knowledge, but to also drive meaningful change in the community.

APARTMENT Co-op placement: Proposal and Business Development Coordinator Co-op Student at Hatch

AWARD Awards: Outstanding Co-op Student of the Year from Hatch 2026 Brock University Undergraduate Co-op Student of the Year

For Aaditya Gupta, Brock’s BBA Co-op program was an opportunity to do more than earn a degree — it was a chance to build confidence, gain professional experience and discover what was possible by stepping outside his comfort zone. As a Proposal and Business Development Coordinator Co-op Student at Hatch, he worked on proposals supporting major power sector projects, collaborating with teams across the organization to help deliver high-quality submissions on tight timelines. Eager to contribute beyond his day-to-day responsibilities, he also led a four-month Total Cost Management (TCM) assessment project, analyzing hundreds of past proposals to provide insights that supported business decision-making. Aaditya’s leadership and commitment to excellence earned him the Outstanding Co-op Student Award from Hatch as well as Brock University’s prestigious Coop Undergraduate Student of the Year Award. Aaditya says these achievements were made possible by the combination of academic learning and real-world experience offered through Goodman’s BBA Co-op program. Classroom lessons became practical skills in the workplace, while mentorship from faculty and industry professionals helped him develop as a confident leader and communicator. Beyond co-op, he sought opportunities to grow through campus leadership roles, gaining experience in public speaking, stakeholder relations and decisionmaking. Each challenge helped build the confidence and skills needed to succeed in today’s professional world.

Garima Marwah’s Goodman experience was defined by one word: opportunity. 🧍 Graduate: Garima Marwah (BBA ’23)

PLANE Program: NEOMA France Double Degree graduate

APARTMENT Current job: Multicultural customer development manager with PepisCo Canada

Through the BBA International Double Degree program, she spent two years studying at Brock and two years at NEOMA in France, earning a second degree while building the global perspective that would shape her career. Never one to stay in her comfort zone, Garima took her international experience even further completing her internship in Brussels, Belgium rather than remaining in France. This challenged her personally and professionally while strengthening her language skills, adaptability and confidence. During her studies, she concentrated in supply chain management and international relations, developing an understanding of global markets, trade and logistics that helped her land her first job. While attending a career fair in final semester, Garima connected with recruiters from PepsiCo and shared her experiences studying and working in three countries. Recognizing her specialized training and global perspective, the company tailored a position to her experience allowing her to start her career immediately after her studies. Today, Garima is responsible for finding new businesses within her territory and demographic, as well as managing existing clients helping to grow their business, while also managing a team who does deliveries and sales on a day-to-day basis.

Applying to Brock Step 1: Select a program

Step 2: Review admission criteria

Applying to multiple Brock programs?

Ontario secondary school applicants should refer to the admission chart found on pages 80-85 for specific criteria required for each program. Your six highest 4U or 4M grades, including prerequisite subjects, will be included in the calculation of your final admission average. Please note: a co-op credit cannot be used as one of your 6 4U or 4M credits.

After exploring your options at Brock, select the program you wish to pursue. Brock has a one-offer policy, which means that you can expect to receive and hold an offer of admission to only ONE Brock program at a time. When more than one Brock program is indicated on the application, the highest choice listed for Brock will be considered first. If you are not eligible for your first choice, we will consider your subsequent choices (in the order of preference you have indicated). If you apply to only one Brock program and do not qualify, in most cases consideration will be given for an alternate and related program. If you apply for but are not admitted to a co-op program, you will be considered automatically for the regular non-co-op program (if you have not included a second choice on the application).

Admission information will vary depending on what type of applicant you are.

All other applicants should use this information as a guideline to determine the prerequisite courses for each program. Equivalent courses may be considered. Refer to the following pages in this book for additional information related to your specific applicant type. Visit brocku.ca/admissions/undergraduate for more information.

Indigenous students, don’t forget to self-identify! You may self-identify on your OUAC application or within your Brock student profile after you have applied. Self-identifying will allow you to access numerous services and supports at Brock, specifically tailored for our First Nations, Métis and Inuit students. 44
