DE Beim Water Light Festival wird Brixen zur leuchtenden Open-AirGalerie. Lokale und internationale Künstler*innen verwandeln besondere Orte wie Hofburg, Frauenkirche, Musikschule oder Schenoni Areal in faszinierende Lichtinstallationen. Unter dem Motto „Wasser ist Leben –Licht ist Kunst“ entsteht ein atmosphärischer Parcours zwischen Poesie, Staunen und neuen Blickwinkeln auf die Stadt. 2026 ist das Festival Teil von IMAGINE PEACE, einem von der EU kofinanzierten Projekt, das fünf europäische Lichtfestivals verbindet und Austausch, Dialog und Verbundenheit im öffentlichen Raum sichtbar macht.
IT Durante il Water Light Festival, Bressanone si trasforma in una luminosa galleria d’arte a cielo aperto. Artisti e artiste locali e internazionali trasformano luoghi speciali come la Hofburg – il Palazzo Vescovile, la Chiesa della Madonna, la Scuola di Musica e l’areale Schenoni in affascinanti installazioni luminose. Sotto il motto “L’acqua è vita – la luce è arte” nasce un percorso suggestivo tra poesia, meraviglia e nuovi sguardi sulla città. Nel 2026 il festival fa parte di IMAGINE PEACE, un progetto cofinanziato dall’Unione Europea che unisce cinque festival della luce europei, promuovendo scambio, dialogo e connessioni nello spazio pubblico.
EN During the Water Light Festival, Brixen becomes a luminous openair gallery. Local and international artists transform remarkable locations such as the Hofburg, the Church of Our Lady, the Music School and the Schenoni area into captivating light installations. Under the motto “Water is Life – Light is Art”, an atmospheric parcours unfolds, inviting visitors to experience poetry, wonder and new perspectives on the city. In 2026 the festival is part of IMAGINE PEACE, a project co-funded by the European Union that connects five European light festivals, fostering exchange, dialogue and connection in public space. waterlight.it
