"We are in a unique position for the region and state to become an umbrella organization serving as a catalyst for the Fort Gordon Cyber District to become a nationally recognized cyber center of excellence. We will inspire the building of a comprehensive cyber work force and capabilities throughout the region and state. We will partner with economic development organizations, academia, cyber related businesses and non-profits to help build our brand. We will identify, quantify, and inspire increased investments in quality of life requirements for the greater Augusta region to attract and retain a quality cyber work force. We will maintain our focus on strengthening the partnership with Fort Gordon, knowing the importance this military installation is to our region, state, and nation. By 2020, we have achieved national recognition as a destination for cyber work, life and play."
