Tuition Fees

Transportation Fees

Full payment of the bus fee is required at the beginning of the school year. No reimbursement can be made for cancellation of the service after the first term.

Zone 1 : Buses 4, 5, 7 & 8

Zone 2 : Buses 2, 3, 6, 9, 10 & 11

Curriculum Educational Trip Fees

Certain subjects at GCSE and A Level have compulsory field trips or visits. A separate invoice will be issued.

Development Fund Contribution

A non-refundable one-off payment of 8,000 € per child

Payment of the Fees

Fees must be paid by bank transfer, direct debit, cheque or by PayPal on receipt of the invoice. Full fees are payable upon receipt of the invoice or one third of the fees can be paid at the beginning of each term. Subject to agreement from the Director of Finance, fees can be paid in ten instalments from September to June. Any bank charges or exchange rate conversion fees must be borne by the payer. If fees are not paid by the required date, the School reserves the right to charge interest, to request the withdrawal of a pupil or to withdraw tuition.

Direct Debits

Requests for direct debit should be addressed to the Accounts Office. Upon return of the form “Demande de prélèvement SEPA” please include a RIB (relevé d’identité bancaire). Please note that direct debits from outside France are not possible.

Parents are responsible for full payment of all dues, regardless of any subsidies provided by their employer.

Departure

One full half term’s notice in writing, addressed to the Registrar, is required when withdrawing pupils. For parents leaving during the course of the year, reimbursement of school fees is pro-rated per half term units.

Educational/Learning Support Fees

Charged in addition to the Core Tuition Fees, on an annual basis.

English as an Additional Language (EAL)

Specialist additional and different support for pupils entering the Junior School or Key Stage 3 (Years 7, 8 and 9) in the Senior School with little or no English.

Five Hour EAL programme in the Junior School.

Taught in a small group, pupils are withdrawn from class for five hours each week. Available from Year 1 – Year 6

Two Hour EAL programme in the Junior School.

Taught in a small group, pupils are withdrawn from class for two hours each week. Available from Year 1 – Year 6

Two Hour EAL programme in the Senior School.

Taught in a small group, pupils are withdrawn from certain classes for two hours each week.

Once pupils progress sufficiently, access to the mainstream curriculum is expected. As soon as applicable, EAL support is reduced and in many cases discontinued.

Learning Support – Specialist provision available in both the Senior and Junior Schools Charges shown are annual, based on one hour per week

For pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in either the Senior or the Junior School or for pupils in the Senior or the Junior School with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
