The withdrawal period expires starting with the 15th day after the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by the consumer, takes physical possession of the products. Return of the products is fulfilled if the products are sent by the buyer in the same conditions in which they were delivered, without signs of wear or damage, without being worn or used, accompanied by all labels and tax documents submitted with them. In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. If you withdraw, we will refund any amount we received from you, provided that the products are returned in accordance with the terms stipulated in this return policy. However, by exercising the right of withdrawal you understand that you are to bear all costs of the return, except for those of incorrectly delivered products, incomplete or non-compliant products, in which case the return costs will be borne by us. Also, in case of product change, the return costs will be borne by you, and only if the products were delivered incorrectly, were incomplete or non-compliant, the return costs will be borne by us.
