BSB Students win regional ESU Public Speaking Competition This was the first year that BSB students were entered into the Romanian English Speaking Union Public Speaking Competition. All six students entered progressed through the Bucharest district round on to the regional finals, with Thomas, 6U eventually going on to win the 8-11 age group and Jennea, Year 8 winning the 12-15 aged group- both scoring a perfect 100.

Human Rights Awareness Week An important part of student education at BSB is celebrating cultural and ethnic diversity, and equality between all humans. In this regard the most important date on the BSB calendar is Human Rights Awareness Week, celebrated this year December 7-12. During this week Secondary School Students received a visit from the UN and wore orange bands to show support for Human Rights.

Countdown to IGCSE/A Level Summer Exams With just eight weeks to go until the start of the summer exam season, the classroom focus has slowly been shifting toward exam preparation with Mock exams, class speaking exam practice for the language subjects, and extra afterschool revision classes up and running. All signs at this early stage indicate that we can expect very good results across the board.
