BSB Eco Initiative receives Royal Patronage Environmental awareness is an important issue at BSB with a well established Eco Committee working hard to help make BSB more environmentally friendly and this term students were excited to discover that HRH Prince Nicholas of Romania has formally agreed to be the Royal Patron of the newly launched initiative, Planet BSB.

House Competitions heat up
One could be forgiven for thinking that BSB had been transformed itself into a modern day movie set, when on March 3rd the campus came alive with every fictional character imaginable, as students and teachers alike dressed up as their favourite book characters.
One of the pleasures of studying geography is the many opportunities students have to leave the classroom and head out into the wide world to explore the varying landscapes. This term our IGCSE students headed to Bran to study the surrounding geographical features firsthand and to explore a few of the local caves.
As we near the end of Term 2, and with only one term to go, the House Competitions in the various schools are really starting to get exciting with regular House Events giving the students plenty of opportunity to gain valuable points for their team as they each bid to be this year’s winning House.
