An overview of our claims for 2023

Members are at the heart of everything we do

As a mutual our members are at the heart of everything we do, and we think being insured by a mutual should feel good. That’s why we work hard to support our members when things go wrong, whether it’s paying a claim on an Income Protection policy or providing additional support through our discretionary Mutual Benefits or BF Care programmes.

We’ve got you covered

Since introducing the option to add Fracture Cover to all new policies last year, it’s positive to see that we’re already able to provide support to some of the members who added this benefit within just a year of its launch.

More than just Income Protection

Our Income Protection policies will take away financial pressures when our members become too ill or injured to work. But we wanted to do more. That’s why we designed our Mutual Benefits and BF Care programmes.

BF Care

BF Care is our discretionary benefits package. We include it with our Income Protection policies at no extra cost. BF Care allows your clients and their family to claim additional financial support during life changing events.
