Welcome to all to the last Saturday of the half term and a great 'local derby' against Collegiate with 20 matches due to take place on the day home and away.

The Boys' 1st XI were victorious in their match against Collegiate on Thursday, a result which followed hot on the heels of a great win for the Under 17 Boys' team against Millfield.

The Girls' 1st XI and Boys' 2nd XI will play their matches against Collegiate on Friday - and we wish them the best of luck – meaning that on Saturday it is over to the under 15,14,13 and 12 teams to enjoy their day in the sun.

There were also wins during the week for the under 13 Boys A and B tennis teams and the under 15 Boys' Tennis teams against QEH, and four of the BGS tennis teams currently top their group standings in their LTA Youth Avon Schools Groups.

This weekend sees another exciting innovation at Failand on Saturday, as we welcome ‘The Little Grey Horse Box' to the site. They will be there to sell hot beverages, delicious cakes and healthy snacks to all parents and visitors.

Alongside this we will still be providing the same refreshments for visitors and match teas for the teams and staff as in the Pople Pavilion for the teams and staff.
