The Bridal Lounge Experience Tucked away on the second floor, our two luxurious bridal lounges offer nearly 1,000 square feet of space designed for calm, comfort, and celebration. Each features a private restroom, dedicated hair and makeup room, stylish wet bar, and cozy seating to relax with your bridal party.

The North Lounge adds a touch of open-air magic with a private balcony overlooking the Outdoor Terrace—perfect for a quiet moment before the big "I do."

DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS Initial Deposit upon signing contract will be $3,000.

90-Days prior to your event, there will be a 25% deposit.

60-Days prior to your event, there will be a 25% deposit.

30-Days prior to your event, there will be a 50% deposit.

Final payment is due 3 business days prior to event.

All deposits are nonrefundable.

SEASONAL PRICING Weddings taking place on one of the following days are subject to additional fees: -Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day. PEAK SEASON (MAY, JUNE, AUG-OCT, DEC) *Peak season minimum 150 people for Saturdays OFF SEASON (JAN-APR, JULY, NOV) *Off season minimum 100 people

ADD ON’S

Additional bridal package hours can be added for $1,000 per hour.

To extend the bar package, an additional $7 per person, per hour will be added to the package price. *No 30-minute increments. Pricing by the hour. **Pricing subject to administrative fee and applicable taxes.

DIGITAL SIGNAGE Complimentary use of the LED screens throughout the Bristol Event Center is included when featuring a static image provided by the couple.

If you would like us to create the digital signage for you, a $500 fee would apply. Couple will have final approval of all digital signage before it’s displayed.
