DJ & ENTERTAINMENT
Powerstation Events is the Preferred Partner for all entertainment at the Bristol Event Center.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS
Initial Deposit upon signing contract will be $3,000 90-Days prior to your event, there will be a 25% deposit 60-Days prior to your event, there will be a 25% deposit 30-Days prior to your event, there will be a 50% deposit Final payment is due 3 business days prior to event
All deposits are nonrefundable. Deposits are inclusive of 22% administrative fee and applicable tax.
SEASONAL PRICING
Weddings taking place on one of the following days are subject to additional fees: -Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
ADD ON’S
To add additional hours to the bridal package, there will be a $1,000 rental fee per hour
To extend the bar package, an additional $7 per person, per hour will be added to the package price
*No 30-minute increments Pricing by the hour
**Pricing subject to administrative fee and applicable taxes
Please note that use of the LED Walls in the Ballroom is an additional cost and can be negotiated by your sales manager based on your needs
