1.
Insert the external handle into the door with routing holes provided as shown in Figure 1.
2.
External handle is now in position as shown in Figure 2.
3.
Insert the correct/right spindle (i.e. composite door with 106mm in length) and (i.e. PVCU door with 129mm in length) as shown in Figure 3.
4.
Spindle is now in position as shown in Figure 4.
5.
Insert the internal handle into the door with routing holes provided as shown in Figure 5.
6.
Internal handle is now in position as shown in Figure 6.
7.
Insert the correct/right 2xM6 fixing screws (i.e. composite door with 50mm in length) and (i.e. PVCU door with 62mm in length) as shown in Figure 7.
8.
Fix both handles firmly by tighten up both screws as shown in Figure 8.
9.
Insert the cylinder (i.e. 1 stars or 3 stars) into the cylinder hole of the handle as shown in Figure 9.

10. The cylinder is now in position as shown in Figure 10.

11. Insert the the correct/right M5 screw (i.e. composite door with 60mm in length) and (i.e. PVCU door with 40mm in length) to lock the cylinder in position as shown in Figure 11.

12. The fixing of the 2 stars handles on the door are now fully fitted as shown in Figure 12. Note: If application is for PVCU door, Please remove the 2 bosses on the external handle and fitted with the longer bosses provided with 32mm in length. EN 1906:2012 & TS007-1:2014+A2:2018 compliant door handle product • For use with 38mm to 75mm range of door thickness; • For use with from 60mm to 120mm overall length euro-cylinders; • Spring-Assisted levers with 40 degree Up/40 degree Down range of rotation.
