ULTION 2 Star Lever Handle - Fitting Instruction
Insert the external handle into the door with routing holes 1. provided as shown in Figure 1.
External handle is now in position as shown in Figure 2. 2.
Insert the correct/right spindle (i.e. composite door with 3. 106mm in length) and (i.e. PVCU door with 129mm in length) as shown in Figure 3.
Spindle is now in position as shown in Figure 4. 4.
Insert the internal handle into the door with routing holes 5. provided as shown in Figure 5.
Internal handle is now in position as shown in Figure 6. 6.
Insert the correct/right 2xM6 fixing screws (i.e. composite 7. door with 50mm in length) and (i.e. PVCU door with 62mm in length) as shown in Figure 7.
Fix both handles firmly by tighten up both screws as shown 8. in Figure 8.
Insert the cylinder (i.e. 1 stars or 3 stars) into the cylinder 9. hole of the handle as shown in Figure 9.
The cylinder is now in position as shown in Figure 10. 10.
Insert the the correct/right M5 screw (i.e. composite door 11. with 60mm in length) and (i.e. PVCU door with 40mm in length) to lock the cylinder in position as shown in Figure 11.
The fixing of the 2 stars handles on the door are now fully 12. fitted as shown in Figure 12.
Note: If application is for PVCU door, Please remove the 2 bosses on the external handle and fitted with the longer bosses provided with 32mm in length.
