Tom Oberle is executive vice president of Brinkmann Constructors. He provides oversight of all business development and preconstruction activities for projects throughout North America. With more than 25 years of construction experience, he is a valued mentor to employees and a trusted advocate for clients. Tom started with Brinkmann as a project engineer and has advanced through the ranks to the role of executive vice president. Tom received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of MissouriRolla (now known as Missouri University of Science & Technology). Ted joined Brinkmann upon his graduation in 1998 from University of Missouri-Rolla with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Jeff began his construction career in 1990 as a carpenter apprentice building custom homes. In 1998 Jeff joined Brinkmann as a project superintendent, and for 16 years has built many of Brinkmann’s largest and most complext projects. He was promoted to Director of Field Operations in 2014. As Director of Preconstruction, Matt will provide estimating support for the project and will oversee the entire design development effort. He and his staff will also perform all major estimates during the project. Matt will provide day-to-day management of all aspects of the preconstruction phase of the project. He will ensure that early phase planning and preconstructlon goals of the project and team are met. He will also work closely with the project executive to evaluate all operational planning and scheduling considerations and their respective impact on the project budget. Tim Myatt has 23 years of experience as a construction safety professional. He joined Brinkmann Constructors in 2004 as Safety Director and is responsible for ensuring that safety is a first priority at our project sites and that all our projects offer a safe and hazardfree work environment. Tim formulates and implements safety policies, procedures and programs that comply with OSHA regulations. He also is responsible for safety training of both on-site and office personnel. Tim has extensive knowledge of local, state and federal regulations and is familiar with environmental laws including stormwater pollution prevention.

Brian’s Background: Brian brings over 10 years of diverse experience to the construction industry. While with The Salvation Army, Brian was an integral part in the opening and operations of two Salvation Army Kroc Centers. His primary experience revolves around leadership and early stage operations. He developed teams of 125+ while planning and implementing budgets, developed policies and procedures designed for long term success, and lead employee training efforts. Additionally, Brian’s experience in complex negotiations with key stakeholders and C-Level executives gives him an excellent base when collaborating with owners and subcontractors. MIKE SIMANEK Senior Project Superintendent

Mike has more than 25 years of construction experience, of which the last fifteen have been spent directly in the field managing all day-to day construction activities. Mike has successfully managed commercial construction projects of all sizes from tenant improvement and remodels, to new construction of over $100 million dollars.
