April 29 - May 5

May 5 - 12

ARIES – Mar 21/Apr 20

Aries, assess a situation before acting. Only then will you have a clear view and map out the steps that you must take. Pisces may help you with your plan. TAURUS – April 21/May 2 Taurus, it can sometimes feel impossible to find that perfect someone for a loving relationship. If you’re single, let a friend set you up this week. GEMINI – May 22/Jun 21 Gemini, with so many momentous things going on it can be hard to keep track of all the things you need to get done. A few tips on organization will go a long way. CANCER – June 22/July 22 Cancer, you just may find that when you stop thinking so intently about something, all of the answers become clear. This could be the solution you were seeking. LEO – July 23/August 23 Leo, you may find it puzzling that so many people keep turning to you for words of wisdom. If you have the advice to offer, go ahead. You can also politely decline. VIRGO – Aug 24/Sept 22 Virgo, look internally for help this week. Though there are plenty of reasons to avoid an activity, there are many excellent reasons why you should engage yourself. LIBRA – Sept 23/Oct 23 Happy times are on the horizon, Libra. You just have to make it through a few more obstacles and tasks before you get there. The finish line is in sight. SCORPIO – Oct 24/Nov 22 Scorpio, when it rains it pours, and this week you’ll find out the true meaning of that expression. But being a fighter means you’ll find the silver lining. SAGITTARIUS – Nov 23/Dec 21 Sagittarius, although you may want to help when a friend comes to you, there is not much you can offer in this particular situation besides support and encouragement. CAPRICORN – Dec 22/Jan 20 Things are completely out of your hands, Capricorn. While you thought you would feel helpless, this experience can actually prove liberating for you. AQUARIUS – Jan 21/Feb 18 Aquarius, the beginning of the “fun-inthe-sun” season is starting and you are very excited about all of the outdoor recreation prospects. Make your to-do list now. PISCES – Feb 19/Mar20 It could take a helping hand to pull you up from a tricky situation, Pisces. You just may be lucky to have this person on your side.

Aries, although you may have your mind set on one outcome, it might be good to expect the unexpected this week. Keep your eyes and ears open.

TAURUS – April 21/May 2

Think of this week as the opportunity to rest and recharge, Taurus. Schedule a family movie night or lounge in the yard instead of packing your schedule. GEMINI – May 22/Jun 21 Gemini, you have been thinking about getting into something creative, and your plans just may come to fruition soon. You just have to finalize some of the details. CANCER – June 22/July 22 Cancer, keeping secrets doesn’t often turn out well because sooner or later those secrets are revealed. Honesty usually is the best way to go in most situations. LEO – July 23/August 23 Beating the doldrums could involve some creative thinking, Leo. If you’re fresh out of ideas, you can ask someone you are close to for some suggestions. VIRGO – Aug 24/Sept 22 Virgo, you are on the road to recovery from an issue that’s been bothersome. This recovery is long overdue, but you will be stronger for having gone through these trials. LIBRA – Sept 23/Oct 23 Libra, it’s good to go with the flow, but speak up for yourself from time to time, especially when something is important to you. Your opinions count, too. SCORPIO – Oct 24/Nov 22 Sometimes there is no shortcut to success, Scorpio. You just have to trudge through and hope that all the effort will be worth it in the long run. SAGITTARIUS – Nov 23/Dec 21 Sagittarius, someone is worried about you and this week you will recognize their concerns. Maybe the worry is because you have been out of touch for so long. CAPRICORN – Dec 22/Jan 20 Capricorn, when a new career path is presented to you, it may be difficult to decide whether you should make a move. Go with your gut and trust your instincts. AQUARIUS – Jan 21/Feb 18 Those close to you are finding your more accommodating nature very appealing, Aquarius. This new attitude is bound to paint you in a new light. PISCES – Feb 19/Mar20 Pisces, you have a huge support system in the way of family and friends. Expect them to rally behind you when needed.

May 13 - 19

May 20 - 26

ARIES – Mar 21/Apr 20

It’s easy for your mind to wander and get caught daydreaming, Aries. That’s because you are feeling a little restless and in need of a change. A vacation may just do it. TAURUS – April 21/May 2 Taurus, though you’re intent on saving money, some situations arise that will require you to open your wallet. But you can handle these unforeseen expenses.

Aries, you have been working hard and this diligence is starting to pay off. This week you may experience a setback, but keep working hard and you’ll handle it. TAURUS – April 21/May 2 Taurus, it’s all about your career goals this week. If you run your own company, use this time to scout for new business. If not, it’s time to seek a new position. GEMINI – May 22/Jun 21 It’s an exciting time for you, Gemini. You may decide to head to the airport and book a trip somewhere off the beaten path. Otherwise, a series of day trips could be fun. CANCER – June 22/July 22 Cancer, you have finances on the mind, and with good reason and mostly out of necessity. That is because you’ve had a few expensive purchases that are tallying up. LEO – July 23/August 23 Leo, this is an enjoyable time because you are being pushed along by dreams and inspiration, opening up a score of possibilities to keep you busy and happy. VIRGO – Aug 24/Sept 22 Virgo, responsibilities and hard work have dominated your days, leaving little time for moments of pleasure. Things will even out soon enough. LIBRA – Sept 23/Oct 23 Libra, you have built up some momentum on projects that are dear to you, but expect things to slow down a little bit now. You may need a final push of inspiration to finish the goal. SCORPIO – Oct 24/Nov 22 Scorpio, if you have been pitching a new creative idea, you will likely get word this week about whether the idea will come to fruition and be successful. SAGITTARIUS – Nov 23/Dec 21 Sagittarius, for some reason the smooth course you have been on takes a sharp detour in the next few days. Either you can adjust to the change or be left behind. CAPRICORN – Dec 22/Jan 20 Capricorn, there are only a few more opportunities to seek a pay increase. Muster the strength to go into a supervisor’s office and make your case known. AQUARIUS – Jan 21/Feb 18 Aquarius, if there is an important person you need to see or talk to, now is the time to do so. Don’t wait any longer because it will relate to some future activities. PISCES – Feb 19/Mar20 Pisces, a shift of the stars brings about remarkable change in your personal life. Positivity reigns for a few weeks.

GEMINI – May 22/Jun 21

Gemini, sometimes you are misunderstood and that can leave you feeling frustrated. It’s best not to change a thing, though, because you want friends who appreciate you for you.

CANCER – June 22/July 22

Exciting prospects are on the horizon, Cancer. This is something you have been looking forward to for quite some time, and you can only count the days until you get news.

LEO – July 23/August 23

Leo, you have to fight for what you believe in, even if that means being unpopular with some friends and family members. Stick with it and you’ll like the results.

VIRGO – Aug 24/Sept 22

Virgo, though it seems like you are caught between a rock and a hard place, there is a way out. It just may mean swallowing your pride — something you may not find easy.

LIBRA – Sept 23/Oct 23

Libra, accept help on an important project and things will go swimmingly. Just be sure to reciprocate that assistance down the line to show appreciation.

SCORPIO – Oct 24/Nov 22

Scorpio, sometimes the things you believe to be a big deal really aren’t a big deal at all. Simply changing your perception about things can bring on real change.

SAGITTARIUS – Nov 23/Dec 21

The biggest lesson you can learn is how to deal with conflict in a productive way, Sagittarius. If you look at your track record, you just may find that the old way isn’t working.

CAPRICORN – Dec 22/Jan 20

Capricorn, you have a full plate but somehow you always manage to pull through — even when you are all on your own with the work. Start scheduling a day off.

AQUARIUS – Jan 21/Feb 18

Aquarius, you have to be in the mood to finish some projects around the house. Procrastination won’t help, but a plan of attack can help you get everything done.

PISCES – Feb 19/Mar20

Pisces, think about ideas for the future if what you are doing right now is not very exciting. Having a plan can keep you motivated.

May 27 - June 2 ARIES – Mar 21/Apr 20 Aries, financial constraints could delay the start of a new project that you have wanted to do for quite a while. Don’t fall into despair; you just may have to save a little longer. TAURUS – April 21/May 2 Taurus, learn all the facts before you get pulled into gossip. Otherwise you may become part of the problem of disseminating the wrong type of information. GEMINI – May 22/Jun 21 Gemini, though you are naturally intuitive, this week you may have a burst of purely psychic energy that cannot be ignored. You may find vivid dreams are part of the deal. CANCER – June 22/July 22 Cancer, you are feeling very passionate and you have deep and rich emotions this week. It is all about developing an even more solid relationship with your partner. LEO – July 23/August 23 Don’t feel tempted to give anyone a pep talk, Leo. You may just be wasting your time. The person you have in mind might not be too receptive to advice. VIRGO – Aug 24/Sept 22 Virgo, thoughts of love and romance could distract you and make it hard to do your job. Don’t be tempted to spend all the time on the phone. LIBRA – Sept 23/Oct 23 You have an inherent ability to read a person’s thoughts and motives, Libra. You may find that people’s feelings simply jump out toward you. This ability could be taxing, though. SCORPIO – Oct 24/Nov 22 Emotional issues with a family member could leave you seeking an escape route, Scorpio. This may be just what you need to clear your mind and get back on track. SAGITTARIUS – Nov 23/Dec 21 Sagittarius, you are feeling less inhibited this week, which may lead to a loose tongue. Try not to offend because you aren’t thinking things through but operating on impulse. CAPRICORN – Dec 22/Jan 20 Capricorn, stress on the job could have you thinking about quitting. But a look at your finances may tell you this isn’t a wise idea at the time. Stick with it for a little while longer. AQUARIUS – Jan 21/Feb 18 Mistakes from the past could come back to haunt you, Aquarius. For a few days you may be low on self- confidence. Lie low if you don’t trust your judgement just yet. PISCES – Feb 19/Mar20 Pisces, though you’re usually physically active, this week you can benefit from just taking a small break. Focus on recharging.

FUN BY THE NUMBERS Like puzzles? Then you’ll love sudoku. This mind-bending puzzle will have you hooked from the moment you square off, so sharpen your pencil and put your sudoku savvy to the test! HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Sudoku puzzles are formatted as a 9x9 grid, broken down into nine 3x3 boxes. To solve a sudoku, the numbers 1 through 9 must fill each row, column and box. Each number can appear only once in each row, column and box. You can figure out the order in which the numbers will appear by using the numeric clues already provided in the boxes. The more numbers you name, the easier it gets to solve the puzzle.
