June 9 - 15

ARIES – Mar 21/Apr 20

Don't make assumptions this week, Aries. You just can't trust your gut instincts too much right now. It's better to get all of the facts and act accordingly.

You could be feeling under the weather this week, Aries. Even if your to-do list is a mile long, you need to take some time to recuperate before getting back to business.

This is a good time to overhaul your approach to fitness, Aries. If you have been thinking about scheduling a physical or getting a gym membership, do so this week.

Patience is necessary this week, Aries. Without it, you will grow frustrated quickly over the course of several days. Relax and make the most of the situation.

TAURUS – April 21/May 21 Playing matchmaker isn't so easy, Taurus. You have to understand when people are compatible and when there just isn't a spark. Let this one go.

GEMINI – May 22/Jun 21 Gemini, you may have to pull back your focus on a problem in order to see it in a new light. Take some time away to regroup and then you can come back at full strength.

CANCER – June 22/Jul 22 A romantic relationship can be a balancing act, Cancer. You will learn this first hand this week when you have to come to a compromise with your partner.

LEO – July 23/August 23 Leo, don't apologize if you feel like you have to go your own way this week. Even when everyone seems to be going in another direction, sometimes you just have to set your own course.

VIRGO – Aug 24/Sept 22 Virgo, while others may not be able to handle the confusion this week, you are fully capable of multi-tasking and making it through unscathed.

LIBRA – Sept 23/Oct 23 Libra, you may feel more emotionally charged this week but you still have to think with your head and not your heart. A financial decision may need to reassessed.

SCORPIO – Oct 24/Nov 22 Scorpio, look at a situation with a practical eye. Is this really the best answer for the time being? Although you may be leaning one way, you might want to reconsider.

SAGITTARIUS – Nov 23/Dec 21 Sagittarius, you need to get work done this week and that can't happen when you are continually distracted. You might have to nip this one in the bud -- quickly.

CAPRICORN – Dec 22/Jan 20 A friend needs your support more than ever, Capricorn. Go to great lengths to give this person what they need, even if it means rearranging your schedule.

AQUARIUS – Jan 21/Feb 18 An email or other correspondence from a past friend could stir up feelings you weren't ready to deal with right now, Aquarius. Put this on the back burner until you are ready.

TAURUS – April 21/May 21 Life experience is your advantage, Taurus. When your company is looking to fill a position, they will most likely hire from within. Make the most of this opportunity.

GEMINI – May 22/Jun 21 Gemini, just when things seem hopeless, a small ray of light shines through and you find a solution to your problem. Scorpio has some wise words, so listen up.

CANCER – June 22/Jul 22 Cancer, once you think you have all of the answers, something pops up to make you reassess a situation. It could take a few days for you to find the answer you're looking for.

LEO – July 23/August 23 Leo, you may have fun in the sun on your mind, but others are urging you to buckle down and focus on some tasks that need to get wrapped up before you leave.

VIRGO – Aug 24/Sept 22 There are some changes coming at work, Virgo. You just don't know if they will be to your advantage or be something that could tilt you off your axis.

LIBRA – Sept 23/Oct 23 Libra, you have much to learn, but you cannot cram it all into one week. There is no crash course on life. Make the most of a getaway opportunity.

SCORPIO – Oct 24/Nov 22 You can't seem to focus on one thing for very long this week, Scorpio. You might have to spend a few days clearing your mind before you can refocus on the tasks at hand.

SAGITTARIUS – Nov 23/Dec 21 Sagittarius, you are not one to let an obstacle block you from your goal. Rethink your strategy and you will soon find yourself back on the path to success.

CAPRICORN – Dec 22/Jan 20 Capricorn, changes at home are in store and you may be feeling both excited and anxious at the same time. This is perfectly understandable as you await the news.

AQUARIUS – Jan 21/Feb 18

June 16 - 22

TAURUS – April 21/May 21 Taurus, you may have a difficult time taking sides when friends ask for your help in settling a dispute. Let your friends know you prefer to stay out of the squabble.

GEMINI – May 22/Jun 21 Gemini, you are in need of some down time, so plan a weekend jaunt or a brief vacation to relax and recharge your batteries this week.

CANCER – June 22/Jul 22 It would normally be quite an effort to pull the wool over your eyes, Cancer. However, in the next few days you will be so distracted with other things that fooling you is possible.

LEO – July 23/August 23 Leo, take a few days to act foolish, throw caution to the wind and have a good time. If you don't, there may not be another such opportunity anytime soon.

VIRGO – Aug 24/Sept 22 Virgo, the only way to get through a bumpy week is to keep your head down and your focus intense. Concentrate on the tasks at hand, and the week will be over before you know it.

LIBRA – Sept 23/Oct 23 Libra, sometimes practicality gets in the way of your imagination. Though this can sometimes be stifling, you have to find a balance between whimsy and reality.

SCORPIO – Oct 24/Nov 22 No one can put your plan into action better than you, Scorpio. Stop making excuses and really get started this week. Don't expect immediate results.

SAGITTARIUS – Nov 23/Dec 21 Sagittarius, you may not feel that something you did is funny, but others are bowled over with laughter. Play along so you don't come across as a spoil sport.

CAPRICORN – Dec 22/Jan 20 Expect your schedule to become quite hectic in the next few days, Capricorn. You may want to tie up any loose ends now and use any free time to rest.

AQUARIUS – Jan 21/Feb 18

PISCES – Feb 19/Mar20

Aquarius, vacation plans may have been elusive until now, but you finally have the funds and the time to take the trip you desire. Your traveling partner is still up in the air.

Pisces, you are more interested in independence this week than hanging out in large groups. This includes hanging out with your spouse or partner.

PISCES – Feb 19/Mar20

Pisces, a new season inspires you to make changes and reconsider old relationships. Call it a late spring cleaning of your life.

Pisces, though you feel like you have just been going through the motions, others are far more impressed than you think.

Aquarius, a burst of energy has you flying through all of those little projects that you have been putting off. Once you are done, you may have to create a new list.

FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY

June 23 - 29

TAURUS – April 21/May 21

Expect to feel energetic and enthusiastic this week, Taurus. You may not know the source of all this energy and optimism, but that's irrelevant as long as you enjoy these feelings.

GEMINI – May 22/Jun 21

You may be feeling a little psychic lately, Gemini. Give your insights the benefit of the doubt and try to understand the message that is being conveyed.

CANCER – June 22/Jul 22

Some intellectual conversation has you aiming for bigger and better things, Cancer. You may start a few creative projects as a result of these discussions.

LEO – July 23/August 23

Leo, don't be surprised if some changes regarding your career come your way this week. A raise, promotion or a new job may be on the horizon. Embrace these changes.

VIRGO – Aug 24/Sept 22

Virgo, a release of tension is just what you need. You may find that something that has been restricting you and holding you back disappears in a few days.

LIBRA – Sept 23/Oct 23

Libra, sheer luck that brings strange and wonderful things is in the big picture this week. The things that you have been wishing or dreaming of just may come true.

SCORPIO – Oct 24/Nov 22

Scorpio, a business or romantic partner brings good news your way. This news erases a funk that you have been in. The news may help you resume a goal you had abandoned.

SAGITTARIUS – Nov 23/Dec 21

Sagittarius, don't worry about an upcoming doctor's visit. You may just get a clean bill of health from your doctor this week. This will definitely ease up some stress.

CAPRICORN – Dec 22/Jan 20

You are full of creative energy, Capricorn, and must turn it into projects that may help you to earn some money in the near future. Get started while you are motivated.

AQUARIUS – Jan 21/Feb 18

Expect some news that sheds light on a difficult issue that you have been trying to resolve, Aquarius. You may feel so relieved that a celebration is in order.

PISCES – Feb 19/Mar20

Exciting changes are coming, and they all center around you, Pisces. It may be embarrassing being the center of attention, but try to enjoy it.

FUN BY THE NUMBERS Like puzzles? Then you’ll love sudoku. This mind-bending puzzle will have you hooked from the moment you square off, so sharpen your pencil and put your sudoku savvy to the test! HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Sudoku puzzles are formatted as a 9x9 grid, broken down into nine 3x3 boxes. To solve a sudoku, the numbers 1 through 9 must fill each row, column and box. Each number can appear only once in each row, column and box. You can figure out the order in which the numbers will appear by using the numeric clues already provided in the boxes. The more numbers you name, the easier it gets to solve the puzzle.

Valley Forge: An Area Rich In History And Art (NAPSA)-For many, warmer weather means it’s time to get outdoors and enjoy the many attractions and events that Valley Forge, Pa., and the surrounding area of Montgomery County have to offer. Here are a few examples: • Valley Forge National Historical Park: The site of the Continental Army’s winter encampment of 1777-78, this hallowed ground of the Revolutionary War is rich with history and offers visitors informative tours on foot and by trolley car or onboard audio in your own vehicle. There’s also strolling, biking or horseback riding on 28 miles of designated trails. (www.nps.gov/vafo) • The John James Audubon Center: This destination celebrates the namesake artist John James Audubon, preserving his first home in America and highlighting its role in his development as a naturalist. Visitors can view a full-size copy of his influential “The Birds of America”-made from copperplate etchings and hand painted in full color. (pa.audubon.org/john-jamesaudubon-center-mill-grove) • Peter Wentz Farmstead, Pottsgrove Manor, the Mennonite Heritage Center and Pennypacker Mills: These sites offer a snapshot of 18th century agrarian life, with a steady rotation of demonstrations, lectures and programs that present the long-lost arts of weaving, cooking, iron forging, sheep shearing, hay mowing and fracture-a form of decorative calligraphy. (www.peterwentzfarmsteadsociety.org) • The Wharton Esherick Studio Museum: This storybook cottage is an apt setting for the work of a crafts-

Tips For Grilling Award-Worthy Steaks (NAPSA)-According to a recent study, 62 percent of Americans now report grilling year-round. Take a tip from these backyard grillers and pick up some steaks, break out the tools and perfect your grilling techniques. These quick and easy tips will help take your home-grilled steaks to the next level: • Quality: Nothing says quality like USDA-certified meat, such as Walmart’s USDA Choice steaks. Only åone in five steaks meets the guidelines to be Walmart’s Choice Premium Beef so you can be confident you’re grilling with the best. • Temperature: Remove steaks from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before grilling to allow the meat to rise to room temperature.

Award-Winning Recipes

Many of the attractions of the Valley Forge area offer visitors a chance to step back in time. man-artist who combined whimsy and practicality. Best of all, the tours here are very hands-on, as visitors are encouraged to feel for themselves the different textures and characters of Esherick’s natural medium. (whartonesherickmuseum.org) • The Stoogeum: As its name implies, this is a museum dedicated to the antics of The Three Stooges. Visitors will find an impressive collection of 3,000 items, covering three floors, that traces the trio’s roots from vaudeville to feature films. See it once, they say, and you will be back for “Moe.” (www.stoogeum.com) • The Glencairn Museum: This is described as a time machine that whisks visitors back to turn-of-the-century opulence and to the art of the Middle Ages. Glencairn Museum displays religious-themed frescoes, tapestries and stained glass, and has a nine-story-high observation tower. (www.glencairnmuseum.org) For more information and directions to these attractions, visit www.valleyforge.org. • Marinade: Add robust flavor with a marinade that uses ingredients you may already have in your kitchen, like A.1. or Dr. Pepper. Try this recipe from some experienced grillers who can really take the heat: SAN ANTONIO SWEET SOY RIB-EYES

(NAPSA)-The next time friends and family tell you your cooking tastes like a million dollars, they may be right. Submit an original recipe to the 46th Pillsbury Bake-Off(r) Contest-bigger and better than ever-for a chance to win $1 million. Just be sure your recipe: • Uses seven ingredients or fewer (not including table salt, ground black pepper or water) • Requires 30 minutes or less of active prep time, not including baking or cooling • Uses at least two different eligible ingredients • Fits into the Simple Sweets and Starters or Quick Rise and Shine Breakfasts categories • Wows with its taste, appearance, creativity and consumer appeal.
