9. Can I set up Auto Top-Up for my Everyday Wallet? Yes, you can set a preset amount for Auto Top-Up to your Everyday Wallet. This helps ensure sufficient wallet balance for daily purchases and reduces the need for manual top-ups. To make wallet management easier, parents are encouraged to enable Auto Top-Up and set a daily spending limit for their child. This helps maintain sufficient funds for purchases while providing greater control over daily spending. Please note that Google Pay does not support the Auto Top-Up feature. Android users will need to link a bank card to their Everyday Wallet before Auto Top-Up can be enabled. 10. How can my child purchase food on-site? Your child may purchase meals at the school canteen by queuing at the appropriate food stall and paying with their school card. They will also be able to place orders through the self-service kiosk and pay using their school card or any major contactless payment method, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 11. What happens if my Everyday Wallet has insufficient balance and my child is trying to pay with their school card? Sodexo follows a "No Student Goes Hungry" practice. Children may continue to purchase lunch using their school card even if the Everyday Wallet has an insufficient balance. Parents will receive notifications when their Everyday Wallet balance is low and are encouraged to top up the account promptly. Any outstanding balance will be automatically deducted from the next wallet top-up. We strongly encourage parents to enable the Auto Top-Up feature to help ensure their Everyday Wallet maintains sufficient funds for daily purchases. 12. Can my child top up their school card at school? Yes. Your child can use the on-site Top-up Kiosk to top up their school card independently. The kiosk accepts contactless or card payments via Visa (PayWave), Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Diners Club, and JCB. Please note that PayNow is not currently supported.

13. What happens to the balance in my Everyday Wallet if they leave the school? If your child leaves BCS and has a remaining balance in their Everyday Wallet, parents may request a refund by contacting Sodexo via email. Contact details and the refund process will be communicated closer to the launch of the Everyday platform. Upon receipt of the request, Sodexo will verify the remaining balance and process the refund accordingly. 14. Why is the school moving towards a cashless payment system? BCS and Sodexo are transitioning to a cashless environment to create a safer, faster and more convenient dining experience for all. This change brings several key benefits: • • • •

Faster Service & Shorter Queues: Speeds up transactions at the counters, giving each child more time to enjoy their breaks. Enhanced Security: Eliminates the risk of your child carrying or losing cash on campus. Better Spending Visibility: Allows parents to track expenses and view meal purchases in real-time. Improved Efficiency: Minimises cash handling, allowing our canteen teams to focus entirely on food service.

As part of this initiative, cash payments will not be accepted at the food counters. To ensure uninterrupted meal transactions for your child, parents are encouraged to enable the Auto Top-Up feature in the Everyday app and set an appropriate spending limit. This helps maintain a sufficient wallet balance for daily purchases while providing greater control over spending.

Allergen Management 15. How can I be assured that my child's allergen information is accurately reflected in the Everyday meal system? When allergen information has been correctly configured, meals containing those allergens will not be displayed during meal ordering and will be automatically blocked from purchase at the Everyday point-of-sale (POS) system. 16. How do I inform the school of changes to my child’s allergen information? Parents should notify the school's Health Centre of any allergy or allergen-related updates. The school will ensure that the information is updated and reflected on the Everyday platform.
