● Arrival of parents and pupils
● Welcome address at The Hive by Mr Nick Davies
● Meet the teachers
● Pupils go to classrooms
● Parents visit school services stands
● Optional Prep and Senior School tour - departs from The Hive
● Parents not joining the tour will be guided from The Hive to the Brighton Pier
● End of official programme
● Parents pick up children from Brighton Pier.
● Note for Years 5 & 6 only - Please find the Independent Travel Form linked here. Please complete this form to indicate your preferences regarding independent travel to and from school.
● Parents are welcome to return to the Uniform Shop if they wish
End of Programme. The Hive and the Uniform Shop close at 4.00pm
Please follow the relevant class colour once the teachers come off the stage.

Please note:
● Although pupils are not expected to wear a school uniform for Orientation Day, please ensure it is ready for the first day of school on Monday.
● After the welcome session, parents are invited to visit the service booths or join a tour, which ends at the Brighton Pier.
● The Hive (school services booths) and the Uniform Shop will remain open from 8.30am to 4.00pm
