Guide on how to get your Green Labourers Card, requirements, and costs

What is the CSCS Green Labourers Card? The CSCS Green Card for labourers was launched in 2014 that allows individuals to work on construction sites in entry-level positions. It is issued as part of the Construction Skills allowing operatives to work on construction sites in lower-level job positions.

Obtaining the Green Labourers card show employers that you have passed the CITB Health and Safety course and shows you have health and safety awareness on site as labourers’ jobs tends to be more physical work.

CSCS Green Card Requirements Step 1 — All applicants who are applying for the Green CSCS card need to have passed the CITB Managers and Professionals Health, Safety and Environment Test.

To pass the CSCS test, you need to take Green CSCS Labourer Card Health and Safety Awareness Training Course. This is the first step in getting your CSCS Green Card.
