Hopefully, you’ll receive this book well in advance of March 21st. When you do, please consider this your invitation to visit & view our entire program.

Our offering this year includes Red Angus, Simmental, and Percentage bulls. You`ll also find an extremely impressive Black Angus selection from Sylvestres & Murphys. Gilbert & Carol have built a consistent herd of attractive, deep bodied, perfectly uddered females paired with some of the freshest AI sires on the market.

Calvin & Jamie are strategically assembling one of the strongest new herds in this part of the world, and we`re so appreciative to have their enthusiasm to partner again.

March 21st; we`re starting the sale a bit later than we have in the past - 5:00PM. Don`t worry, we`ll still have our typical hospitality all day! Bulls will be available for viewing just a short walk from the heated building. If you stay late, you might find yourself a few glasses deep in our signature ‘punch’. The end of an era!

In April of 2011, the Logeot family was kind enough to share their 6th Annual Sale day with Karl & Derek. In 2013, the Sale moved to Smart Farms, where we would transition to a video sale from the original live format.

Over the years, we`ve enjoyed an incredible partnership.

Together, our herds have improved, our families have grown, and several problems of the world have been solved over a glass or two of punch.

Terms Of Sale: Are cash or cheque at par, payable sale day unless previous arrangements have been made. U.S. Funds will be accepted at the current rate of exchange. No release will be given until satisfactory settlement has been made. We reserve the right to withhold animals from shipment for whom payments have not been received prior to departure times.

Semen Interest: Consignors reserve the right to retain 1/3 semen interest in every bull sold.

Announcements: All announcements made sale day shall take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue. Actual weights and scrotal measurements will be available sale day.

Accidents/Liabilities: All persons who attend the Sale do so at their own risk and the Owners and Sale Staff assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for property loss or for any accidents that may occur.

Fertility: All bulls will have had a complete physical and fertility exam by an accredited vet.

Bull Warranty: All cattle are sound and right and sell as outlined by the “Responsible Breeders” policy. Any problems or concerns need to be sent in within 6 months to us for consideration. No bull will be refunded for more than actual purchase price and no animal subject to mistreatment or injury will be refunded. In the event of any unlikely dispute, the regular terms and conditions, standard with the Canadian Angus Association shall apply.

Delivery: Consignors will be happy in delivering or assisting in the delivery of your bull. Should you not be prepared to take your bull home on sale day or immediately following, the bulls can be left in the care of the consignors for no charge until May 1st.

Sight Unseen Purchases: If you have interest in bidding but are unavailable to attend the sale, please feel free to contact the Consignors or Sales Staff to discuss the offering with you. All of our sales staff will be available sale day for bidding over the phone.
