Hello, Bridgewater! As we celebrate Labor Day, I want to take a moment to recognize and honor the hard work and dedication of our community's workers. From our essential service providers to local business owners, teachers, healthcare workers, and all those who contribute to making our town a wonderful place to live and thrive— thank you. Your efforts do not go unnoticed, and we appreciate everything you do to keep our community strong and vibrant.

In addition, as we prepare for the start of a new school year, I would like to extend my best wishes to all our students, parents, teachers, and school staff. A new school year brings new opportunities for growth, learning, and community building. I am confident that, together, we will make this year a successful and enriching experience for everyone involved. September really kicks it into high gear for our community, and the calendar seems to be brimming with events and opportunities. Please consider attending our Open Space and Recreation Master Plan Public Input session - this will be an opportunity for you to talk about your local parks and green spaces and how you would like to see Bridgewater improve them in the coming years. Enjoy a well-deserved day of rest and celebration with your loved ones, and let's look forward to a great year ahead! Thankful for all of you,

Mayor Matthew C. Moench
