About Us The Bridgewater Hall is Manchester city centre’s iconic and prestigious concert venue; built to provide the best possible space for live music whilst offering a unique and exciting backdrop for your wedding. The Hall offers a range of stunning spaces to choose from for your civil ceremony, photographs, wedding breakfast and evening reception.

We have two wedding packages outlined in this brochure, the Classic Package and the Iconic Package. However we understand every wedding is a bespoke occasion therefore please don’t hesitate to contact us with your personal tastes and requirements and we will work with you to create your dream day.

Evening Finger Buffet

Terrine of truffle scented wild mushroom and Golden Cross goats’ cheese, wrapped in leek and spinach, dressed with a shallot, saffron and tomato vinaigrette (v)

Selection of sandwiches and rolls Mini shepherd’s pie with Parmesan mash Panko herb breaded cod and salmon goujons with pickled walnut tartare sauce

Supreme of corn-fed chicken filled with a spinach and carrot mousseline, and confit corn-fed chicken leg bon bons.

Tomato and coriander jus, fondant potato and a vegetable basket of creamed cabbage, bacon and glazed carrot

Kidderton goats’ cheese, topped with sun-blushed tomato tapenade and fresh asparagus (v) Beetroot, chickpea and halloumi sliders with caramelised red onion (v)

Spiced tuna tartare with lime and coriander dressing on an edible spoon

Assiette of salmon preparations: Smoked salmon on citrus salad House cured salmon tartare with keta eggs and chive crème fraîche Ballotine of salmon and pickled cucumber

Parmesan shortbread, with quails egg, Caesar dressing and asparagus (v) Smoked chicken and Waldorf salad on a cucumber croute

Avocado sorbet with a tomato and crème fraîche dressing (v)

Fresh fig and orange salad on whipped goats’ cheese (v)

Located just around the corner on First Street the hotel offers the perfect place to finish off the day in style for both the wedding couple and guests. Your wedding co-ordinator will be happy to liaise with the hotel on your behalf.
