Global influences shape newest designs for the table
The New York Tabletop Show brings historic patterns, cultural collaborations and a touch of nostalgia to tabletop introductions this spring. An array of serveware options fills demand for at-home entertaining pieces.

1 VILLEROY & BOCH
Villeroy & Boch has added Alga, a mesmerizing new sea-inspired color, to its Perlemoor dinnerware collection. The reactive-glazed porcelain pieces have the look of handmade pottery.
2 ZWIESEL FORTESSA




With its warm terra cotta palette and gently architectural forms, Terra Rosa from Zwiesel Fortessa brings an artisan sensibility to the modern table. Layered glazes on the stoneware reveal subtle depth, mineral character and a softly weathered finish.

Lotus, a collaboration between Vista Alegre and Liberty, the British fabric and design house, features delicate prints influenced by Japanese aesthetics, highlighting lotus flowers, leaves and seed pods.

Array by Mattias Stenberg for Orrefors is a sculptural trio of silver plate and bowl combinations inspired by a glass trivet from the designer’s childhood home.
7 KUTNIA
Kutnia embroidered table linens are inspired by the ancient Zeugma mosaics of Gaziatep in Turkey, breathing new life into historic patterns. The collection includes placemats, napkins and cocktail napkins, available in six unique embroidery designs.
